Wonderful staff. Many thanks to Marco and Kai. I have a parking space, which makes it easier for me to meet my family from Heathrow airport, just 27 minutes away. It is not luxury, but clean. I had a good stay for 2 nights. Tks.

No Breakfast as they do not do then so had to go across the road to a cafe which was very good. The room was ok but very outdated as far as the bed and chair etc go. Bathroom ok had a shower and the toilet worked which is always a bonus. Tea /Coffee maker in room but my room overlooked the Station Car park and road and had a small fan in the room that did not do the job and the noise from the Buses and cars went on to 1am in the morning then started again at 5.30am, so not a very good night sleep. The evning meal was good but we got pestered by a drunk woman who the bar staff said is always doing this so why dont they just ask her to leave. The location next to the station was very good.

The Fan in Room, The age of the room, the noise from the Buses and cars etc outside the window. The fact we had a good meal in the evning there but no breakfast as you had to go find a cafe to eat so that was a downer

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. A small room but there was a double bed so it was fine for one person. Very comfortable bed with good pillows, and a very nice dimmable wall light near the bed. Also there was a desk and chair, and a built in wardrobe with hanging space and shelves. The room has been fitted out in a very useful way even though it's small. I liked the facilities provided - TV with Netflix, tea/coffee and kettle, biscuits and an electric fan (it was a very hot day!). Nice bathroom with shower and toiletries provided. I stayed in one of the cottage rooms next to the pub's garden, but I didn't check in until 10.30pm as I was working late, so I wasn't disturbed by pub guests - on the evening I arrived there were only a few people in the garden. The staff had left the windows and door open in the room for me before I arrived to cool it down, which was a nice touch that I appreciated. Being in the garden room was a real bonus for me on such a hot night, as some of the reviews I read said that the rooms inside the actual pub are very hot. The hotel is very near Brentford train station but I couldn't hear the trains.

I knew that breakfast was not provided when I booked, and I also knew from other reviews that there is a cafe across the road, but when I stayed there the cafe was closed in the morning as it was a Sunday. It would have been nice to have breakfast provided. I was woken at 6.45am by someone having a loud conversation on their phone in the pub garden right next to my open windows, but I think it might have been another guest, not a staff member. I would stay here again as the set-up works for me as a single business traveller usually checking in late, but I can imagine the pub garden is noisy earlier in the evening, so this may not work for some people who want an early night, but noise is what you should expect when you book a hotel room in a pub!

We literally just needed a place to crash for the night following an event at Wembley Stadium. The Kings Arms isn't close to Wembley Stadium but it was all I could get at very short notice as everything close by was fully booked. I ended up getting an Uber to Wembley and back. The Kings Arms is a great place to stay. It is very close to Brentford FC if you were going to a football match. It's a family run pub with rooms upstairs. Our room was a nice size with a private en-suite bathroom. We had twin 3/4 beds which were very comfortable. I spoke to the owner Joanne the night before travelling and she was extremely helpful. She also greeted us on arrival and was very friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a great place to stay. We were working on Portobello Road, so this was only 30mins away. The rooms were nice, with good showers, and comfortable beds. The pub is a good, lively place, and the food was excellent. The prices were very reasonable. Every one of the staff were friendly and engaging. There's a small shop over the road and a cafe for a but in the morning. This place is a real gem, and we'll definitely be staying again next time we're in that neck of the woods.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Location is perfect going visiting central London and the free car park is ideal! We visited during a cold snap in January and the pub and our room were warm and welcoming. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Check out is as easy as leaving your room key in the room and leaving which made onwards travel easy and on our schedule.

The toilets flushing mechanism was only working intermittently. I’m sure if we notified the staff during our stay, they would have remediated this, but that was the only downside worth noting.

The Staff were all quite friendly, and the food there was wonderful! The receptionist helped me carry my bags up the stairs, and the pricing on the place was great, especially for the location! It's just a short bus ride and the Picadilly Line away from Heathrow Airport so I was easily able to make my flight in the morning. In a time where I was desperately searching for a place to stay for the night, the Kings Arms came through with a very cozy room and excelled.~ If I ever have a flight at Heathrow again, I'll certainly be staying again!

The shower water was quite hot, and I wasn't able to turn it any cooler. The stairs were also rather narrow.

I travel to London weekly and stay in various corporate hotels. I wanted to find a homely place that I can book weekly and where I feel comfortable that is located within a mile of where I need to be for my meetings. This little find was perfect. On my initial entrance the bar man seemed slightly confused but a young lady appeared and she was very attentive all evening..

Roadworks outside my window started at 1am but this is not the hotels fault

The pub is very conveniently located next to the rail station and has great parking. The room was clean and bathroom was updated. All staff we met were friendly.

There was no toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived (this was resolved quickly with a stop downstairs at the pub). We also could not find the TV remote during our stay. It was rather late and we were already in bed by the time we were looking for it, so we did not ask downstairs for assistance. It did feel like the accommodations were a bit of an afterthought, with the pub being the primary focus, but I think that is somewhat to be expected staying at a pub.

When I arrived, the small car park was full, but the chap behind the bar, immediately offered to move his car so I could have his space. As I was on my own (my daughter was joining me the following day), I was unsure if I'd feel comfortable eating on my own in a pub, but the staff were so friendly and welcoming that it just wasn't an issue at all. The food was lovely too - as I'm vegan, menus can always be a bit hit and miss, but there were several choices. The room was very clean and although there was a major road nearby, there wasn't too much traffic noise. They don't do breakfast, but they recommended a café about 50 yards away, which was very good. On the second night, there were different staff working there but they were equally lovely - there was a really high standard of service which I wasn't expecting from a pub. I'd definitely stay there again.

It was all good but if I was to be really fussy... I'd say perhaps the décor of the bedroom was a bit OTT - too many colours. There were a few pictures on the wall showing the colours of the London underground lines and these bold colours were mirrored in the room, but it clashed which isn't ideal for a bedroom. It didn't bother me though and I'd stay here again
