Spacious 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, lots of natural lights. walking distance to Kew gardens. a grocery store and Costa coffee nearby. several bus stops to central London.

no check in or check out instructions. the map on booking.com showed a different apartment building. We were confused in the wrong place for some time, until a concierge from the other building searched the post code TW8 0RR. the kitchen lacks of basics for cooking, no salt pepper, no coffee machine, no microwave. No hair dryer in bathroom We were not able to turn on the stovetop, not sure if it was broken. Better ask the lady how to use kitchen appliances because you will not get much help after that

It was really quiet, spacious and well equipped for our family of 4. Close to all forms of transport, local small sainsburys, coffee shop and pub with great food.

The beds were comfortable, the apartment was modern and functional. The location was nice and close to public transport, Richmond, Kew Gardens, shops and restaurants. Lovely big balcony with London vibes.

For a very fancy kitchen it was very basic in terms of kitchenware - the forks were plastic and just not a lot of kitchenware. Also, It was not as welcoming or homely as I would've expected. We paid for five people but needed to requests sheets to makeup the third bed, this was resolved easily. Also, it was lacking in some basic amenities such as kitchen hand towel, toilet paper, salt & pepper etc. We were asked to pay 30 euros extra for checking in late but it was still before midnight and so we didn't pay this according to the policy. This made for an uncomfortable start as we felt like an inconvenience and had to refuse to pay it multiple times.

Our stay at this venue was really great. My family of four including a six-year-old boy had lots of space to move about, and my son had lots of room to play. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The host was very nice and she even called an Uber for me free of charge to get to the location. They were helpful throughout my stay. The location is very close to one underground station and steps away from a bus station. There is also a local Sainsbury grocery store and coffee shop nearby. Overall I was very pleased with my stay. One tip, if you need to check out later than the original time, please work that out with the host early enough.

Address not include apartment building name(Easton House) making it difficult to find. Using postal code TW8 0RR with Google map was most accurate. Even scheduled ahead, no one waiting for me. I arrived on time and had to called several times to get someone answered. I spent total almost half hour waiting before some come to take me to apartment. Power outlet tripped every time after boiling water using electric kettle, or portable A/C. Luckily we found the electricity main panel and reset it. Microwave not working. If window left open, traffic noise will wake you up.

Sara was a friendly host. The apartment is very nice, clean and modern. Excellent location with access to buses and trains. All the rooms have large windows overlooking the balcony with nice views. The bedrooms have good closet space. The kitchen is really nice, with a dishwasher and new appliances and plenty of dinnerware. The bathrooms have great showers and bidets. Very comfortable stay, would come back again.

Lovely decor, great location for Kew Gardens, Richmond and for some lovely pub restaurants on River. Really friendly and helpful communication. High spec apartment with everything you need. Spot on!

No lockbox so you have to arrange to meet someone at the apartment to get the key which was fine - just that we didn't know what time we would get there.

Close to transport Walking distance to Kew Gardens Shop and eating places near Nice clean, comfortable apartment.

Was rather hot with heating and couldn't work out how to turn down.

Lovely apartment and everything that was needed. Staff welcome was good, local shops, transport links great. Local pubs were great and welcoming.

A wee bit further from centre of London but booked last minute due to previous apartment cancelled, although apartment was better than the one originally booked
