The hotel is in a fabulous location, a short walk to the Brighton Dome and the lanes and about a 5-8 minute walk to the pier. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, we had booked parking with the hotel and we arrived earlier than planned. The hotel receptionist didn't hesitate to give us the barrier code for the car park and allowed to leave our bags in a safe room by reception as we were too early to check in. Our room was spacious, clean and tidy. There is a safe to put valuables in which is free of charge. Coffee and tea facilities and a mini fridge. everything about our stay was fantastic, we will definitely be back.

The staff always go above and beyond, I’ve been coming to this hotel for a few years now and yearly come 4/5 times throughout the year. This time they gave me a complimentary upgrade which was so lovely. The rooms are always clean and I’ve never had any complaints. The hotel is very central in Brighton lanes surrounded by unique shops, restaurants and bars. But also quite secluded, so you don’t get the usual city noises. The hotel is always so reasonable.

As mentioned I’ve been coming to this hotel for a few years now. We encountered a gentlemen joining us in the lift, who I believe worked there as the house keeping ladies greeted him. I have to say I have never had a bad experience with the staff, but the way this man talked to these ladies and demanded them around made me so angry! He was so bothered about how quickly they got out the lift for us, he should care more about his attitude towards his staff and how he talks to them, especially in front of guests. There is absolutely no hurry for them to get out the way for us, they’re doing their job! Whoever this man was, really needs to relook look at his priorities running a hotel/team. I dread to think how he speaks to them when guests aren’t around…

The location, the decor, the ambience were all wonderful as usual. We love staying with you. This was our fourth visit and there will be more 🤩

I didn't like the lack of housekeeping. We had to keep asking for more coffee and milk to the point I nearly went to Tesco and bought some. We also ran out of toilet roll and had to request more. Both of the bins were full to over-flowing so recycling was ignored by the time we left. We never managed to get the espresso machine to work. I did mention this in one of my WhatsApp messages for more coffee etc and the advice given was to make sure it was turned on! This did not ruin our stay and we will stay again but these changes don't add to the experience at all sadly.

Wished we had stayed longer, awesome looking bar. Prior arrangements so didnt have enough time to hang out. Comfortable room nice style. This was a treat for us so hard to say if it was better than other places. I would prefer to support local business but this was easy to book and wished we had bought swimming gear for the pool next door. Definitely very clean and quiet.

Im not a negative person, maybe 2 more sachets of coffee in the room as there was a kettle ;) Partner says some furnishings were partly worn eg, dressing table and window seat. Breakfast was slow next day so we were a bit rushed checking out.

We loved everything! Great shower , large room , great mattress! In the beginning I thought it was a little too soft but I never slept so good nowhere. Couldn’t wake up 4 days in a row ! Good Toiletries! Staff is super cool and friendly ! They gave me a lot of decaffeinated coffee and milk everyday , they help us in many many ways. Parking is challenging but we did manage. Literally in the center of Brighton, specifically in the lanes ! Tesco supermarket in front of the hotel . We loved it and if or when I’ll come back to Brighton I’ll come back to my Brighton!

My Brighton is central to everything that we travelled to the area for. It is clean, bright and a breath of fresh air. The room was spacious and modern with a huge window that let so much light in. As we walked into the room, it made me smile. I loved the colours and designs on the outside of the room doors and the corridors are bright too.

There was very little privacy when using the loo facility, the door was glass frosted and any 'sound effects' could be heard in the room, not idea for a new couple or even for just friends or family sharing a room. I didn't like that at all.

Cleanliness is important and I think the design leant itself to easy cleaning. House keeping via the WhatsApp worked well. Location, excellent. Very helpful reception team. The style was different, I liked it, never stayed in an hotel before without a key, or key card, remembering the 6 numbers to use the lift and enter the room soon became straight forward. Safe, hair dryer and tea and coffee making facilities. House keeping cleaned every 3 days, if we wanted more, there was a fee. Using WhatsApp for clean towels and tea bags was super efficient. Would use again.

Window didn't open and I felt the design of the room worked for us as a married couple but I am not sure the open plan bathroom would work if I was staying with a friend.

Big room, comfy bed, lots of storage space, fridge, tea / coffee with glasses & mugs, big shower, staff were lovely let us leave our bags before checking in & out & removed an issue I had straight away when I asked. Toiletries provided & great location overall, I would stay again

Hot / cold taps were labeled the wrong way round - could be dangerous for a child or older people & could scold themself. Table had a small stain, no bedside table but did have a small storage space table off the side of the bed which was useful. The room didn’t have a full length mirror which I think is an essential for any hotel room.

Great location, quiet even though it was central. I was travelling solo with my 2 yr old and the room was surprisingly toddler friendly! Curved , mostly padded furniture. Nothing to bump little heads on or fall off of. Plenty of space. The staff were fantastic and looked after us very well - especially after my daughter was attacked by a seagull just outside reception! Staff quickly offered her a plaster (seagull drew blood!) and some ice cream for being brave which really helped stop the tears!

If I’d been travelling with a partner then the open plan bathroom and glass toilet door might have been unwelcome, but it was kind of ideal for young family!

The whole hotel looked and smelt new and clean. It's clear the decoration has been recently done as it is modern and everything is done to a high standard. We had a good sized room and bathroom, with a decent shower. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of options. One of the best things was that the glazing must be very high standard as you don't hear the noises of the city outside - which is an issue in many Brighton hotels we've stayed previously. It's well located in the centre of Brighton, with the seafront, Brighton Centre and i360 a minute's walk.
