Location was very good. Accessibility to the town centre and the seaside was extremely convenient. Buses stop right in front of the hotel. Also located beside the Brighton train station and beside the taxi stand of the train station. Convenience store and restaurants nearby. Even the health centre providing free medical service was just beside the Hotel. It was very cold and was convenient just to pop into clinic to seek some medical advice. Breakfast was worth the money. Lots of food and drinks and fruits. They even fry egg for you on request. Hot drinks was always available. Staff always very pleasant. Check out was simple and no fuss. Great. We used it to go across the City shopping and eating at local restaurants, There was Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese and local burger shops........

The bathroom water pressure was weak but sufficient I guess. The drainage was slow and sometimes overflow the bath and toilet floor areas.

Our room had twin beds and a sofa bed and this was perfect for me and my kids. Room size was fine and so was the bathroom. We were on the 7th floor overlooking Queens Road and could not hear anything. Very quiet. location fabulous! next to Brighton station and a 5 minute walk to the shops and about 15 to the sea. supermarkets also right next door. The breakfast was excellent! great choice. fresh and delicious. kids 10 and under go free. nice eating area. We had the full English every morning! Hotel also has good security.

Just one point. I slept on the sofa bed one night and did not find it very comfortable but the kids were fine! Adults best to sleep in the beds that's all!

The room was fine but for the cost of a one night stay it would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room

It would be great to be greeted by a smiling receptionist and one who made me feel welcome. I have never stayed at the Ibis before and I am not sure I would re-book. I have always found the reception staff at the Premier Inn to be very welcoming What I did like was the efficiency of the staff on duty on Saturday morning who had to sort out a payment problem. The manager was extremely efficient, smiled and rectified the problem

The location is great, just one-min walk from railway station, about 10-min walk to anywhere in city center. What I like the most is to overlook the city outside the window! All the staff at the reception are really friendly with lovely smile:)

The bathroom is really difficult to use. Water drained slowly after shower so it was everywhere in the bathroom. Maybe sth blocked the sewer line? And the water came out slowly from the shower head too. Besides, the TV hasn’t connected to online video websites, like YouTube, while the other ibis has.

Had booked a twin room but friend was unable to travel. Staff were very friendly, particularly the guy in charge of the bar on the night shift. Location is very central, right beside the train station and close to many great bars and restaurants. It is about 10 to 15 mins walk downhill to the seafront, pier and other attractions. Late check out at 12 am and no issue with leaving bag until my train was due.

Room would have been small for a twin and there is little space between the beds. Three Pm check in is a bit late but they did facilitate a slightly earlier check in though there was a push to sign up for the loyalty program.

It was an unexpected bonus to find the hotel so near to the train station. It is in walking distance to all the attractions, the shopping centre, the pier, the market, and many more. Check-in and check-out was simple. Breakfast was amazing and there was variety to please everyone. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable, apparently I slept so well I snored (says my husband). The room was cleaned, and the bed made when we went out, that was a pleasant surprise. The security measure where you need a keycard to access the lift brought peace of mind.

I missed there being a mini fridge. It would have been useful for drinks brought to the room. There was mould around the windows. Maybe supply a phone in the room to order breakfast and to make enquiries at reception.

Friendly, professional, warm, welcoming staff. Bag drop before check in. Good quality shower. Comfortable bed. Lovely hot chocolate from bar after a wet and blustery trip out! Location to train station. SO nice to have a good selection of veggie/vegan food already available at breakfast buffet rather than having to ask to have it cooked especially and wait.

We came down to breakfast at peak time and there weren't any tables initially. We felt one or two more would be beneficial. There were a few bar stools, but this was not an option for my 76 year old Mum who has Arthritis.

The location is exceptional in 'Core Brighton' - transport, the sea front, night-life, the Lanes, pubs, bars, cafes and restaurants of every description. Being so well positioned, the room rates are very affordable and competitive. I paid £69 for a double with en suite, but I saw the offered rate next month (April) is £63. The staff at Reception are extremely attentive and helpful (many thanks, Leonardo - I locked myself out of my room but he swiftly solved that). Oh, and they have free patisseries on the counter - just help yourself. Nice. My room was well-designed with a simplicity which had a feel of Scandinavian style. Everything was very spick-and-span. The lifts are amazing. Somehow there is always one lift on Street Level/Reception waiting to take you up or down on request - no wait. And hardly any wait for going down either. I've stayed in some hotels where 5 - 10 minute waits are the norm.

Location was excellent. Being vegan and vegetarian the breakfast was brilliant and catered for us fully. The choice was a lot more than other establishments we have used. The staff behind reception were extremely helpful, patient and very friendly. The hostess at breakfast was friendly and paid particular attention to refilling breakfast and cleanliness of counters and tables. Communication from the hotel was beneficial and appreciated leading up to our stay.

Bedroom was a little noisy so attention to windows perhaps. We stayed slightly over the 24 hours so this added quite a lot to our parking. It would have been nice to have slightly longer than 24hrs at 50%

Central location near train station and parking (50% discount RCP North Road if show booking reference), top floor room 1006 has a great view over the city and towards the sea. There is 24 hour food and drink available and bar downstairs. Key card entry to hotel at night and to operate the lift and room. Very sturdy and comfy bed. Clean. Shower and toilet pod different but clean and useable. Air con was good and worked well. You can also open the window for fresh air to circulate. Tea and coffee and welcome biscuit in room. Complimentary pastry in the bar area/reception. Is handy for local cinema and attractions.
