Great central location right in the heart of broadway. We booked last minute and weren’t expecting much but had a beautiful room with four poster bed. Check in was hassle free and room was ready early.

If I had to be really picky I would say that the restaurant could just do with a bit more atmosphere ( but we had a lovely dinner & breakfast in there).

Nice clean restaurant, breakfast was adequate as was dinner. Room was spacious and clean.

Not having a walk in shower, bit of a struggle climbing over the bath to shower. Not too keen on dogs in rooms, but it’s the countryside, so I suppose that’s to be expected.

Loved the age of the property, the decor and the open fires, making it a warm cosy atmosphere. The Christmas decorations were very well balanced and the sitting room a nice place to relax. The hotel certainly gives the wow factor on arrival and the addition of the car park a great plus.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property, more of pointers, to improve guest experience. It would be nice if there was an offer of taking luggage into guests room we stayed in room 30 which was up a steep narrow staircase which is really lovely it would be made even nicer with a lamp or candle in the beautiful feature window. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the presentation was lovely. However staff do need to make sure that the continental breakfast table is fully stocked at all times. On both mornings when we arrived at 9.00am there was little left.I did hear others guests saying the same. However once this was pointed out staff did replenish, but I do feel that they should be keeping stock and not letting it get to the point where guests are having to ask.

Breakfast was nice but I would have preferred a buffet style first course at breakfast, fruit, yogurt etc. The room was cosy and clean and the location is fantastic.

We arrived at 9.30pm and went into the bar for a drink to be told immediately that last orders had been called but we could order a drink if we were quick. I ordered a pint of Pale Ale and a large glass of Rose wine and the cost was £21.20 which I thought was excessive. I was too embarrassed to question the amount as the bar staff were not friendly and were obviously keen to cash up for the night. If the cost was correct I feel I should have been advised of the cost of the glass of wine before it was served and I would have chosen something else.

Excellent hotel, great location, free car parking at the back of hotel behind a secure barrier. Reception - located just inside the main entrance ground floor, very friendly and courteous staff, Our room was up a flight of stairs towards the back of the property overlooking the garden and church. We knew we didn’t have a choice of rooms, we knew it was the last room when we booked it. Lovely ‘cottagey’ feel, with a tasteful decor, the room (number 24)was extremely comfortable and plenty of room to move around tv, coffee machine, iron etc etc. The bathroom again was nicely furnished with a bath/ shower (with bath and shower bottles provided).Lovely and quiet at night waking up to the church bells in the morning. A lovely breakfast to end our stay before we left. Wow!!! what a dining room! It’s lovely, Why is the hotel only 3 star? Everything feels so luxurious..Well done ‘The Broadway Hotel’ we had an excellent stay at your hotel 10/10!!

Telling other people how good this hotel is. There won’t be any rooms left when I want to book again!! 😊

Staff were great, hotel lovely, restaurant great, safe and friendly location and the bar was enticing.

We had an afternoon whereby a rain storm passed through including high winds. The hotel was inundated with residents and none residents alike, that added to the atmosphere, it would of been nice had the sitting room of been for reserved for residents only, it was hard to get a seats indoors anywhere, the bar and eating areas were full too. Only place to sit was in our room. For the money we paid, we would of expected available seating.

The Broadway hotel is at a fantastic location in the little town of Broadway in the Cotswolds. There's an open air Cafe in front. The rooms are Cosy and neat with old world furniture and decor. The restaurant serves "fine dining" cuisine which seems a bit expensive but was very tasty. Breakfast is an a la carte menu where you order from and has a good variety of options. All in all an excellent hotel from where to base yourself for 2 or 3 nights and explore the Cotswolds.

Service at breakfast was a bit too slow for my liking but I guess because it wasn't a buffet, everything was prepared fresh and takes time.
