The entire family were amazing. They went out of their way to look after us . We broke down in our car and they helped us get to the train station each day till the car was fixed offered to help us to get groceries. Without them we wouldn’t have been able to enjoy our time away as much as we did and are so thankful thankyou so much . They are brilliant looking after animals that come to stay to always well looked after. Lovely family & be back to stay . Supportive with allergies as well .

Only that sink separate to toilet

Clean and compact and in beautiful surroundings. The hosts couldn’t do enough to ensure our break was just what we needed, seclusion but with places of interest within easy reach.

Nothing.

The accommodation consisted of a studio apartment in th country and had all the facilities that one would expect from decent hotel room, including ensuite bathroom, stable Wifi, flat screen TV and amazingly comfortable bed..But on top.of this, there was also reserved parking in front of the property, a sun terrace and nice relaxng views and animals (alpacas, sheep, hen). It is as if you are staying on a farm, or what imagine staying on a farm would be like. The family who own this accommodation and very friendly and will go out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable. The best bit is that breakfast is provided and, as long as you give your request the day before, you can pretty much have what you want, whether it's full English breakfast, a vegetarian breakfast or a continental breakfast. Plates, fridge and microwave is provided.

It's difficult to find something i didn't like. The only issue with the sun terrace is that there are lot of flys, so this can be a minor inconvenience if you are eating. It was also a little bit odd that the bathroom didn't have a sink. Instead the sink was in the main room (bedroom/lounge).

Self contained, quiet and peaceful, comfortable

Only thing that was tricky was filling up the kettle or a bottle of water from the hand basin, maybe a jug of water would make this a little easier

We liked everything about the property, it suited our needs perfectly and our hosts Richard, Julia and Helen were absolutely fantastic. We were made so welcome we did not want to leave. We had the best breakfast’s ever brought to our door every morning. It was also lovely meeting all their animals they look after not forgetting the birds they are nursing back to health as well. We definitely recommend it and we will book again.

There was nothing to dislike

Good location for visiting everything that we wanted to see. Breakfast was great and filling. Nice quiet location suitable for a couple. Hosts were friendly and helpful.

The fact that the toilet being downstairs needed to put the main light on if it was needed in the middle of the night. The final bottom half step being a slightly different carpet tone needed careful judgement.

Self contained accommodation including a fridge and microwave. Kettle and toaster with milk and butter in fridge. Pefect English breakfast. Beautiful location with 3 acres of grounds with Alpacas and sheep. Beautiful deck with patio furniture. Julia Richard and Helen are perfect hosts....nothing is too much trouble . Ideally situated for visiting Devon and Cornwall coasts.

This is the second time we've been and it was just as good as we remembered. Lovely location,great hosts. It's a good jumping point by car to have days out in the many places to visit in Cornwall and Devon. A thoroughly enjoyable holiday

Quite, beautiful scenery away from roads. Extremely welcoming owners which are will to accommodate us. Clean spacious and all facilities you need Microwave, fridge,toaster. Lovely seating area outside the room.

Staff? Richard, Julia and Helen were so welcoming, no request too much! Sad to leave but we missed our dog, hope to see you next year though-if you’ll have us?
