Odd Shower set up over bath, power shower fitted but ho hose and shower head, attached to this. Shower from dual tap set up over bath, from bath taps which is fine if there was enough shower hose to reach your head stood up, when to shower hose and head attached to rail. I am 5ft 5 inches and i had to sit in bath to shower or bend down. Fit a loner hose and everything will be fine.

I enjoyed the atmosphere and the openness of the room. It was really quiet considering it was a Saturday night, and while you can still hear the bar downstairs it was extremely muffled, incredible soundproofing! Very nice stay

How warm their bed was, it'd be nicer if they offered a blanket as well as a duvet. Definitely a nitpick, though, it's the only issue we had

The stay at The Hen House was perfect for what I needed. The check in process with the lady behind the bar was easy and she showed me to the room, giving me all the info I needed on the way there. The room was clean, as was the shared bathroom. The room had coffee, towels & a hairdryer which is all I really needed for a work night away.

Didn't stay for bfast but had bangers n mash shortly after arriving. It was delicious. The girl who greeted me and took me to my room was very pleasant and welcoming. As were the rest of the staff. I will definitely be back the next time I visit my dad. Thankyou so much for your hospitality😁😁😁

Had a lovely one night stay here. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Had everything we needed in the room. The room was really clean, and the bed was really comfy. Would definitely stay again. Was really close to shops as well if you needed to pop out for anything

Great food, very friendly pub/bar with great atmosphere. Staff very welcoming and friendly. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of free parking and very close to the station to get into Birmingham.

Not keen on not having an en-suite but this is the only option for a twin room. We were aware of this when booking and it didn't spoil our stay.

very clean room and well laid out. very helpful and pleasant staff Area is quiet and so room was quiet brilliant that the premises is dog friendly throughout which was important to us

the bed was soft but this is purely preference we would have paid a little extra for breakfast but we understand they weren’t going to open for one couple

The foodis truly breathtaking! It's made on-site rather than pre-made and heated up. Chef's Special Chicken Burger defies the definition of "a burger" - unapologetically delicious and filling, made with their own hand-made batter. I will definitely be back!

Booked this as a last minute stay and I couldn't have picked a better place, the pub is awesome as are the staff and regulars. Had an absolute blast, wish I could have stayed longer but I will definitely stay again!

Friendly and easily accessible location.I took ill while i was there and was unable to travel,and they accommodated me for a second night and were concerned at my wellbeing which was much appreciated 5 🌟.
