We came here to stay on our wedding night, we got there with some of the wedding party and we were greeted ro 2 free welcome drinks and a room upgrade for free!! The room was lovely and very spacious and the staff were all lovely and very polite!

The fact we had to rush off so soon the morning after, we had a checkout time of 12pm (very generous!) But we had wedding things ro move from our venue across the road.

The staff were amazing so accommodating. We had been to a family funeral and we checked in late and the man still had a smile and friendly The lady at breakfast really friendly and made us feel so welcomed. Food great - took to my decor taste, plenty of mirrors - staff amazing My partner originated from walsall and it was nice to hear stories from the area and to know his late mom had stayed here many moons ago Large mirrors to get ready too

Nothing was distaste - all really good

It was clean and comfortable and a good size with a full sized bath tub. Tea and coffee facilities in room and the breakfasts were really good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There was quite a bit of noise in the corridor late at night. The electric sockets were all behind furniture so had to move furniture to charge phones. The carpets in the corridors were stained and in need of cleaning.

I stay at Barons Court quite a lot when I’m travelling from London and I like the property because it’s very comfortable and i never had any bad issues. Thank You to the staff member Paige who helped me for an upgrade which made my stay even more comfortable.

we had an AC unit in the room which was working but not very good so we had to still ask for a fan from the reception as the room was very very hot.

Nice spacious room with 3 single beds well spaced. The food for breakfast was excellent and pleased my 2 teenagers who are very picky. The staff were polite and there was always someone available.

Unfortunately the lift was not opperational and we were on the 3rd floor (lower floor was catering only). As I am dissabled the climb up to the room was quite difficult. Access by a wheelchair would not have been possible. Although this is a pet friendly Hotel there was no area on the grounds to walk the dog, I had to go to a grass patch on the side of the road.

Was placed in a room and the WiFi signal was very poor, however I went and spoke to reception and told them that the last time I stayed the WiFi signal in my last room was good. They then looked up my last booking and moved me into that room. Staff was very helpful and I will be staying in this hotel again. Don't be put off by the looks of the outside of the hotel.

This is a straightforward, no frills hotel. You can tell from the vehicles parked outside that it's mainly used by business travellers and tradesmen rather than tourists or honeymooning couples, and that's fine. They handled a very late check-in well, I appreciated having a friendly staff member immediately available compared to some places where you are rousing someone from their bed. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable.

The hotel looks a little tired in places - the odd spot of peeling paint etc. but this didn't bother me at all. There is some sort of dump or industrial facility nearby that makes an unpleasant smell. Not the hotel's fault at all. It wasn't too offensive when I was there, and wasn't noticeable in the room. That could change with temperature and wind direction though.

Was in Room 222 don't no what is above but every 20 minute sounded like someone was running up and down with squeaky floor boards all night . Tv didn't work some lamps not working. It was late so didn't report them.

The bed was amazing. Everything was clean. Staff friendly and smiling. Bath towers were big. Animal friendly. We didnt have them with us but its nice to know. Very warm. Black out curtains very good

The room we had was lovely actually, very big and clean and beautiful decor, I think its been renovated because it doesn’t look like the pictures (thankfully) The bed was amazingly comfy, best sleep we’ve had in a while. The staff were also super nice and friendly and helpful, she offered to take our bags for us up 3 flights of stairs.

It was EXTREMELY warm, not sure why but the heating was on full blast it was like a sauna, luckily the room had air-con. The outside looks a bit run down so that probably loses them some income but the inside is rather nice.

The hotel is having some renovation work carried out. Some of the rooms need a bit of TLC, but great value for money. Been to this hotel several times. Rooms are always clean, Nice crisp white bedding and towels. Great location for our needs as we use it for visiting family. Helpful friendly staff even on a very busy bank holiday weekend.

This time the room was very hot, and the hotel was noisy, but what else can be expected on a bank holiday weekend.
