Last minute hotel booking so made this reservation in a bit of a rush. Great staff lovely breakfast, its down a side street which give the benefit of a nice quiet nights sleep, but you could throw a tennis ball on the beech front / shops / restaurants so in touching distance of everything. Nice towel stack where i came in and everything was clean.

Nothing really, I travel on business in big brand hotels a lot and they don't have the personal touch of these smaller hotels. Your standard buffet breakfast isn't a patch on what you'll get here, and you wont get the care that these staff give.

Restaurant doesn't open evening meals.so had to go out for that . My fault as booked late all rooms for disabled were taken so had a flight of stairs which was hard for me. But won't put me off will ring to see if they have a room downstairs on next visit

We thought the property was in a great place for accessibility to amenities on the sea front. All the staff was lovely and really helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The lobby and dinning / bar area was lovely and clean. We had breakfast included and they catered for GF intolerant really well. thank you so much .

We was staying in one of the suite and we was facing the car park . It seemed a little dark and our door access to our room was outside next to the car park . We was woken up with a little noise from the kitchens at breakfast time, with being opposite from it.

Ground floor rooms, dining rooms, bar and reception airy, lovely decor and very comfortable. Bed and pillows comfy. Breakfast amazing, perfectly cooked and with quality ingredients. Location very good, just a short walk to the beach front, lots of dog friendly pubs and cafes nearby. Hotel very dog friendly - our pup had a bowl of sausage served to him each morning. All staff members were exceptional - polite, helpful and friendly.

The bedroom decor was a little tired, but despite being a dog friendly room there was no odour or evidence of previous dogs.

The location - the on site car park - friendly welcome - the size of the room, and the ensuite.

The full English ( regular ) was plated but could have been larger ie more beans and another slice of bacon rather than one slice. It mentioned fried potatoes on the menu, but we were told there wasn't any and that the menu should be updated. There wasn't any cereals or fruit, but there was fruit juice.

Friendly clean and tidy daily tidying and checking of rooms making sure everything is there for you location very good

Breakfast could have been much better as my husband is use to having cereal aswell as full English and charged extra for large breakfast it did say on the menu which my husband overlooked even though we didn't have all breakfasts we had paid for which I know is our fault but I think that could have been over looked at really four poster bed squeaked every time you moved which could have been better

Loved the jacuzzi bath room lovely an clean and comfy. Balcony was nice to sit out on and very close to everything we needed.

That booked four poster bed as was our wedding anniversary but they did contact me after i had booked to let me know and gave us the balcony room instead which was nice but would have loved the four poster as wehad one on our wedding night an every anniversary since

We had a lovely short break at this hotel and would definitely return! We are a family of 4 + our dog autumn, Staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. We managed to park ok in the car park just had to leave a key as we were blocking someone in which was no problem at all we were glad to park. Hotel had a lovely feel to it, lovely clean rooms and comfy beds! Fabulous brekkie with perfect poached eggs, and autumn loved her little sausage treat😊 We ended up having a take away with having the dog and the weather was a bit poor and we were really grateful for the recommendations and letting us use the restaurant to have our food.. Hotel is in a fab location we would defo return! Many thanks!

How clean the hotel was also how polite the staff was the Breakfast in the morning was brilliant the service you got they went above and beyond would definitely go there again 😀

There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel or my stay there

Very good breakfast, but a little bit petty to have to pay £3 more for a ‘large breakfast’ which is considered standard at other similar places I’ve stayed. Excellent bath jacuzzi. Comfortable bed for one.

Bathroom a little tired, overhead sink light didn’t work. Main room Patio window could do with net curtain for more privacy.
