Let's start with the negative... Breakfast!! We got the breakfast package but they were having a bad weekend where that was concerned as me and 4 other people had to get theirs reheated in the microwave because of faulty equipment on Sunday plus we found that the breakfast that was included in our package was different from the ones on the menu. The paid menu breakfast has a lot more choices compared to what we were given Now for the good bits... Everything else was great Room: Great, we got a room that overlooks the golf course so the views were lovely, room amenities, bed, you get robes and bed slippers Facilities onsite: Pool, jacuzzi, steam, sauna, gym, there's also an indoor tennis court (not sure if that's extra to use) you can also get pampered This is where I do the four in a bed thing and say I'd give it an 8 out of 10, that's because of the breakfast thing The breakfast thing was a slight issue but we did get that package as a deal so it didn't cost us what would've been the going rate Would I say there again... HELL YEAH, I just wouldn't have the breakfast package and order from the menu instead and that should hopefully get to 10 out of 10

Excellent value for money, staff were really friendly and relaxed & nothing was too much trouble for them.

Had to have our beds changed from a double to two singles as this wasn't prepared in advance despite selecting this option. Once raised staff did ensure this happened and did so without any fuss and with a smile on face. Woken up at 6.30 this morning by groundsmen maintaining gardens, really noisy as our room was at the front of property and was unable to get back to sleep. Not what needed after a long day and late night at a wedding and before a long drive home. Thought this was really inconsiderate and ruined what would otherwise have been a perfect stay. Slightly frustrating that cannot gain immediate access to restaurant and have to wait to be allowed access when staying as a hotel guest.

The room was very nice and very comfortable . First class shower. Best in England and in Europe. The lighting was also the best 4 start hotel we had in this European trip. Very efficient breakfast with staff extremely nice attitude. We would love to go again. Thank you for the lovely stay. God bless you all.

Only one down side, Most hotels in England do not have a small fridge, Shame as otherwise it was all just perfect.

loved the room, view and all. Shower was a bit small but that was about it. breakfast was a nice hot meal, my kids felt the portions were small tho lol. Twas okay for me.

access to lunch and other meals was where we struggled a bit cos of the location but i guess this is because i was new to this area. we finally found someone willing to deliver a lovely hot meal. The hotel informed me that they are looking to expand their offerings to include regular meals so that would be helpful to visitors who dont have ready transportation available. 11am check-out was a bit unusual for me tho so perhaps that can also be considered cos some of us love to sleep in a bit.

Breakfast was reasonable. Not a lot of choice but it was more than adequate. Staff were all very helpful. Deluxe room very nice and comfortable with views over the golf course.

Bath with a fixed glass screen, could not run the bath unless you climbed in the bath as you could not reach the taps with screen in the way. Would have been better to have shower cubicle and no bath. Access to the bar through turnstile system from the reception lobby. Food menu very limited.

Room was spacious with good a good comfortable bed. Tea, coffee and biscuits were a welcome addition in the room. The bed linen and towels were good and the room was clean. The shower in the bathroom was easy to operate with good power.

The bathroom was a little dated and although clean was a little shabby. The room had an adjoining door which did allow a fair bit of noise from the next door room to come through. The radiator in the room was noisy on one of the nights even though it was turned off. We were on the ground floor and vehicles are parked immediately outside the bedroom so the coming and going of people and van engines left running made for additional noise.

Lovely clean rooms! Nice equipment in the gym and the pool/spa facilities are really nice! Staff are amazing and very helpful! Recently refurbished! Amazing food and drink in the bar! Nice big rooms and comfy beds! So many facilities and amazing scenery around it! Reasonably priced on booking .com with the sports facilities included!

It could have some pavements leading to the hotel (although this is not something they can control) and its a way from the nearest train station so better if you drive or be prepared for long walk or expensive taxi! Food and drink was overpriced (but delicious!)

The swimming pool , steam room and sauna were good . Staff were very friendly and helpful, The changing rooms have just been modernised. Said it was our anniversary we got a card with free drinks and £10 off food and the bed had been decorated with rose petals and 2 towel swans ! Was a lovely touch

Food fir,st night was cold we sent it back , next morning waited an hour and half for eggs for breakfast, the room was a suite very big with not much in it could have done with a mini fridge needs modernising chairs had seen better days .

Good spa facilities. Changing rooms were excellent with new locker system. So much better. Staff very friend,y and helpful. Special thanks to Sarah the therapist who was exceptional.

Bedroom was very dated but I understand all rooms are being updated so hopefully the next time we visit they will all be done. Food menu was very limited and disappointing. Would have eaten in but decided to go to local pub instead which meant one of us couldn’t have a drink. Breakfast was just ok!

The service was ,great we got upgraded for our anniversary ,got a wedding card a free drink each and a discount voucher for our next stay ,also a towel display and rose petals on our bed.The room was modern clean and had everything we needed,the bed was comfy and the location was great . Food was nice felt that the menu should have a separate evening menu though.

The Buffy breakfast was nice but not worth £16.each.
