This is an idyllic situation - our room looked out over rolling countryside, and we had received a warm welcome from Angela when we arrived. The bathroom was a little cramped, but everything else was great, including the breakfast, just before we had to leave. Highly recommended.

This property is a beautiful farm located outside of Crediton. Angela and David are lovely people made us feel right at home as soon as we got there incredibly accommodating. Angela is a fantastic cook made a beautiful breakfast for us. Their dining room table is situated in front of a big picture window that look out onto beautiful green pastures. we got one of the best flips in Europe because the property is absolutely quiet.

Breakfast lovely with lots of excellent choices.The view from the bedroom was beautiful - it looked over the farmland and we had our own door onto the garden.Angela was a wonderful host and made you feel so at home. Please don't be put off by our negative comments as they are meant to be constructive criticism and will doubtless be rectified. A quiet and peaceful place which made for a good sleep.

We only stayed for 2 nights so it wasn't a problem but there wasn't a lot of room for clothes(the one drawer was full of blankets) and the room generally felt a little cramped. According to Booking.com it should have contained a microwave and fridge but it didn't.

The view from the room was lovely, spectacular Devon countryside. Lovely location on a working farm. Excellent breakfast and friendly family.

Nothing to dislike

Great place, quiet, breakfast was exceptional. Really comfortable bed. Host was fantastic, we arrived late, she stayed up and waited for our arrival. Super nice.

Bathroom was tiny. Very functional though.

Beautiful outlook across green paddocks and hills (and a lovely garden). Nice breakfast with this view.

Depending on your approach, a little tricky if coming from the south (narrow lanes on wet winter roads was an experience).

Although my estimated drive time arrival to well mini-signposted destination with ample parking was delayed by bad weather up country, owner kindly stayed up to welcome me and show me to my room
