All the staff were brilliant throughout our stay, made it really easy, there was no noise at all while we were there. The food was fantastic.

Unfortunately due to my partner taking poorly, when I went down to ask for a thermometer the night porter said "we don't have one, not even a first aid kit" as my partner has health issues I said I would call 111 and was told not to as there's nothing anyone could do. I myself am a first Aider and felt this was very inappropriate. Even though nothing happened and she was fine in the morning I still feel disappointed by the actions of the porter. Also the lights in our room (203) kept flickering. To end on a positive note he did check up to see if we was alright and did bring a ICE pack and a Jug of ICE cold water. We will recommend you to anyone wanting to stay at your facility.

The hotel has a great size bar, but sadly a lot of real ails not available this time . Really liked that you could buy a soft drink and refill all you wanted . The room we had was large with most of the things in it you could want. Sadly for me I found my single bed very hard which did impact on my sleep . The bathroom was fine but I have to say the shower cubical was quit small . If you dropped your soap you have had it . Lol the breakfast was really great value and if you only wanted a serial you could just pay a small fee for that, which none of us have ever seen before . Really great idea . Over all we had a loverly stay , and we would happily stay there again for the price .

FANTASTIC TWO NIGHT STAY, FRIENDLY STAFF AT CHECK IN, MASSIVE CLEAN WARM ROOM NO ROAD NOISE EVEN THOUGH ROAD FRONT ROOM. BED REALLY COMFY ROOM EXCEPTIONALY CLEAN BRILLIANT SHOWER, BREAKFAST CAVARY JUST DELIGHTFUL AND TASTY AND AS MUCH AS YOU CAN EAT, DINNER CARVARY GREAT CHOICE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN EAT AND VERY CHEAP AT £5.99 JUST AMAZING. I WAS THERE ON BUSINESS AND HAD MY FATHER WITH ME HOWEVER I FELT SAFE ENOUGH AS A SINGLE LADY TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL, GREAT PARKING TOO.

HAD TO BE ONE NEGATIVE £ 7.10 FOR A 250ML GLASS OF RED WINE IS JUST A BIT EXPENSIVE

Really big family room , plenty of space, nice big TV, plenty of tea and coffee facilities , nice big bathroom, check in was easy , plenty of parking

Bit disappointed with the all you can eat breakfast, we were aware they had a problem with staffing that morning, but there was only half the menu on when we went to the breakfast buffet , would have preferred to have been given an heads up about choice then we could have decided if we wanted to eat elsewhere

Though the room was rather small it was extremely comfortable, comfy bed, decent sized bathroom, totally clean, great facilities, nice and quiet and there was a large tv on the wall opposite the bed ideal for watching from the comfort of your bed. Drinks in the bar reasonably priced, the carvery was excellent with a great choice of meats and veg and breakfast was included in the price and was served buffet style with a good choice of breakfast food. All staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

The room was a bit on the small side.

When we were given a room at the top of the building ( my partner has breathing problems as well as problems climbing stairs, as there was no lift inthe building i asked if we could change room.. The staff did their best to accommodate us. On following morning we got a room on the ground floor. Many thanks to the young lady who got it sorted.

On the night before we left I went to the bar to order a bottle of rose wine(sweet wine) . The young man serving got an opened bottle off the shelf and started to smell it, this smells sweet he said. I told him to ask onother member of staff which he did, he was corrected by a female member of staff and I got the correct bottle of wine

we have been before , we already knew what to expect. we were moved room because of a key being missing and it causes a few issues , first we were charged for breakfast , which we had already paid for on the booking ? then my daughters were told that they only had the room for one night and I had paid for both rooms for two days , it was all sorted in the end , but it shouldn’t happen . several times I had to show the staff my booking app , found it all a bit embarrassing . Food was a long wait on the Saturday night and some parts of the meal was over cooked . we were booked in for 5 and we did not get our started until 6 o clock . mains 8 o clock , we did have a loverly hard working waitress .

bedroom clean and spacious, nice breakfast , I do feel that it should include juice .

we stayed in a family rooms this time it’s a spacious clean room with all you need for a comfortable overnight stay plenty of parking and a short drive to The Dome/Town centre

our shower seemed slow to drain which made us wary of taking a long shower as didn’t want to cause a flood We were also woken by the noisy family in the room next door at 6am. I think the door that adjoins the family rooms makes you able to hear your neighbors- this wasn’t an issue when we stayed in a double room previously

The room, bathroom & towels very clean. Bed very comfortable

The food let our stay down 😔 We had a hot meat bap at the Edenthorpe Toby where after 30mins wait it was terrible! The gammon was covered in mustard far too much & had to scrape it off & the pork one had stuffing but no apple sauce on it!! The breakfast at the Bawtry Rd Innkeeper had to ask for a plate which was cold! The bacon was hard & overcooked & the eggs were hard & swimming in fat!! So we definitely won't be eating there again 😔

Very comfortable room and I was worried that would be some road noise. Only heard some noise from 5.30.

We were unaware that service finished at 20.00. We only required sandwiches and a drink. We basically begged for a sandwich and we were extremely disappointed with a dry turkey sandwich (literally dry bread and turkey, no butter/mayonnaise). the bill was £28.00 for the 2 sandwiches and 1 glass of red wine and 1 pint of Stella! Breakfast the next morning was extremely disappointing (I have never seen so called scrambled eggs!
