How peacefull it was

The location is superb and plenty of parking which is very secure also lovely surroundings very peaceful. The rooms are spacious and very clean they have thought of everything you will require and supplied it for you. The beds were fantastic and very comfortable. Showers are very good with good water pressure and as I said earlier every where is spotless and clean. Definitely recommend for work and leisure. Continental breakfast is provided and was great , plenty of choice.

Nothing all good

I thought it was excellent value for money. Everything was in good condition. The decor was very attractive. Bed especially was lovely, very comfortable and spacious.

Nothing really. Have stayed in really poor bed and breakfasts before lockdown for same sort of price, and as far as we were concerned this far exceeded them!

Check-in very clearly explained. It all worked perfectly. Breakfast was well laid out and did the job. Liked the setting and location of the property.

Shower in Room 3 a trifle antiquated. Not too keen on the huge house spiders in residence, needed to dispatch them before a sound night's sleep could be achieved.

Very spacious room, huge and very comfy bed. Owner was really lovely and helpful when we arrived very late because of traffic. Help yourself continental breakfast included was added bonus. Amazing outdoor space to use.

Would have liked blackout blinds as the perfect weather meant sun was up very early and streaming into our room. A shelf in the bathroom to put our washbags would have been a nice to have.

We stayed for a 2 night stay in Room 3 Was absolutely lovely x Thank you for such a nice room / patio area, we also had friends stay for 1 night in room 4. They liked their room too but our outlook was fantastic. We will be back next year.and putting in a room request.for room 3 PLEASE thank you for a wonderful stay x

Room was spacious and comfortable, nice en suite, lovely grounds surrounding the property. Fan provided which was gratefully received as the weather was really hot.

Room at the front of the property, quite a busy main road which with the windows open (very hot weather) the car noise was noticeable.

Breakfast was the English edition of continental breakfast - cereal, toast, fruit juice and yoghurts. Just what we wanted. The room was spacious and bright. Full tv choice and wi-fi.

Everything was fine.

The surroundings were amazing ... Plenty of parking... The swimming pool was so relaxing ... The owners were so welcoming and always responded straight back from sent emails

Very clean, spectacular house.

Conservatory very dark, room was being cleaned when I went back from breakfastaround 8.30am, although it states rooms need to be vacated by 10am.cant comment on staff as didn't see anyone other than the cleaner.
