Sherbourne House

Beautiful, spacious room equipped with everything you could need for a restful stay. Hotel is Situated in it's own grounds close to the town and all it's facilities. Especially good for us as we were attending a charity Peaky Blinders themed event at Attleborough Town Football Club so meant we could walk there and back without needing to book a taxi. Breakfast was available but we were meeting friends elsewhere in town for breakfast so can't comment on that, although I'm sure it would have been excellent too.

Most clean hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooms were beautifully done out - very comfortable and welcoming. The manageress of this family run hotel was so warm and friendly and very hospitable. She could not do enough for you to make your stay the best it could be. I had porridge for breakfast which as perfectly cooked. My husband had the full English breakfast every day which was again beautifully cooked and not greasy. Various teas available including decaffeinated. The breakfast room décor was very attractive.

That we had to leave! Would have stayed longer if we had the time.

very welcoming staff. one of our party has mobility problems and they were in a top room the ladies at Sherbourne house were very accommodating and changed the room immediately and our relatives were very happy with their room. I loved the décor of the property. everything was spotlessly clean. we only had to put out a card in the morning to ask for replenishments to our tea tray and it was immediately replaced. breakfast was delicious and plentiful with tops up for tea toast . Megan who served us was an absolute delightful friendly person as was the proprietor.

nothing. only thing is just a shame they don’t do evening dinner as I’m sure it would be lovely and there is no bar which would have been an added bonus.

Our stay was for us to attend a family wedding with other family members attending the wedding staying here as well. Ample garden seating for us all to sit and chat in the sunshine. When asked if an elderly guest could have a more easily accessible room it was arranged without any fuss. Very friendly staff, great choice for breakfast, cooked and quickly served. Comfortable beds and a lounge for us all to gather in the evening. Ample parking spaces. With in easy walking distance to the village centre.

The only thing we can think that could improve a guests stay would be the quality of toilet tissue. Otherwise everything was excellent.

wow wow wow, these lovely people are THE MOST accommodating, HELPFUL and friendly people at accommodation that I have ever known of!! nothing to was too much, they went above and beyond to be helpful, words can not describe how grateful I am to them. the rooms are stunning and clean and with little added touches like ear plugs and masks....just wow. I would highly recommend this place!! it's was a pleasure staying!!! I can't rave about them enough!!

Staff were very helpful and friendly...nicely decorated and comfy room...excellent breakfast...walking distance to local town with plenty of eateries.

We had not realised when booking that there is no restaurant for evening meals, this was not a problem as there are restaurants nearby, but it would have been nice to be able to get a cold drink from the bar, but unfortunately this is only opens for events. Not a big deal though.

Staff very welcoming. Nice comfy bed with plenty of pillows if required. Excellent English breakfast also with a vegetarian option plus cereals, fruit and yoghurts. Property only a 10 min drive from Snetterton Race Circuit.

An accessible room is available, but still a few steps to deal with - importantly though, help was offered. Would have liked maybe a bottle of water for each guest in the room.

The junior suite was an excellent room. Big seating area with a sofa, large king bed, bath with separate shower cubicle and nicely furnished. The host was excellent and very helpful. No bar or restaurants operates at the moment but plenty of information is given for options in the town. We were offered the use of a table and plates etc in the restaurant area if we wanted to bring back our food.

Not enough people using it !

The Manager Pauline was just lovely and accommodating, the two young girls assisting with breakfast also very friendly. Even had a bucket of ice brought to the room to keep the drinks cold as the weather was hot.

The 1 and only thing was the room was next to the road and was noisy when trying to sleep, not too bad with windows closed but it was too hot for that… there was traffic diversions so maybe it’s not normally that noisy, will still not stop me returning to this beautiful hotel.

Good to stay in a traditional hotel rather than a plastic brand. A comfortable building with very large rooms and good facilities. Breakfast was excellent - freshly cooked and good quality.

We would have preferred to have had a slightly later breakfast option on Sunday - 10:00 checkout was pushing it slightly! A bit of road noise so difficult to sleep with an open window. Too much plastic at breakfast i.e. small plastic pots of jam.
