Project location for a quick trip to Snetterton circuit (10 mins). The road passing the house is very quiet at night and rooms have triple glazing. Nothing is stopping a good night's sleep. The nearby town is only a few minutes on foot and offers a Pub, Restaurants and convenience shop. Every room has a TV, but a residents lounge can also be enjoyed. You are greeted with coffee and cake which is welcomed after a long drive. Owners are very personable, friendly and accommodation. Breakfast from 7am, perfect to make it to the track in good time.

Lighting in the room could be warmer. Bulbs are cold and bright, not good for reading in the evening. Feels more like a bathroom or hall.

Great place to stay with lovely chatty hosts and a welcome change from uninspiring soul-less chain hotels. The full English Breakfast using local produce was also a fantastic start to the day. I really didn't need to eat for the rest of the day.

I'm a bit fussy about my mattresses due to hip arthritis and I had trouble sleeping on this one. There was also quite a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms TVs and peoples talking due to the walls not having much soundproofing,

Julia and Alan were brilliant hosts, theyre lovely freindly people. Has a lovely cottage feel, furnishings and atmosphere very relaxing and homely, felt very comfortable there straight away. Breakfast is fantastic. Sounds like they go above and beyond to help those who come to visit Snetterton, they have a good sized drive with a narrow opening, but on a quiet road so backing in a car/bike trailer wouldnt be much hassle. Can turn a big car on the drive easily - but doubt youd manage it with a bike trailer on. Lovely village has two pubs, decent size co-op and a fish and chip shop within a few minutes walk.

I arrived and was greeted by name by Alan. After a quick walk around, I was asked if I wanted a drink and shortly after, a cuppa and a slice of lemon drizzle cake was provided to me in the dining room. I spent the evening talking to Alan and Julia before retiring for the evening to get up early for a track day at Snetterton just a few minutes down the road. Breakfast was amazing with local produce and the sausages were incredible. Thanks to both! I'll be back next time!

Owners have made a real effort to provide a warm welcome and be more than merely transactional - felt more like staying with friends than in a B&B, in a good way. Rooms very comfortable with good facilities for guests. Off street parking a real plus. Well placed for access to major road links and handy for Snetterton circuit.

There was nothing I disliked about the property.

What a great find. Lovely quiet, country location. Super friendly owners. Very, very welcoming - I’m a solo ‘motor biker’. After a long day in the saddle… the offer of a freshly made cuppa was most welcome. And then… what a lovely bonus.. some home made lemon drizzle cake. Perfick

Nothing really, the bathroom was down the corridor.. but I knew that when I booked. And that was reflected in the price.

Everything about the place is excellent being greeted at the door by Julia to a welcome coffee and slice of lovely home made cake . It is spotlessly clean and so comfortable topped off by a delicious breakfast in the morning by far the best b&b I have stayed in and there has been plenty of them the hosts make the place feel like you are at home wonderful people and so down to earth definately stay again when in the area . Thank you Julia and Alan for excellent hospitality .

We asked for a late(ish) check in, no problem and we were still met at the door on arrival. Shown the breakfast set up and TV lounge and then shown to our room with the words 'come and go as you please'...nice. We asked for a local eaterie and were pointed in the direction of the Swan which was another bonus with great food and beer too. Comfy bed, in room facilities also and then the lovely hot shower. Breakfast was plentiful and filling and our hosts were great company throughout.

Nothing.

There was a very friendly welcome, with the offer of a cup of tea. The lounge/dining room was for residents use. It was vry quiet there and easy walking distance of a couple of pubs and a fish and chip shop. So was able to leave the car there in the evening to get food. Asked about breakfast and what time I would like it. A really lovely place to stay.
