Everything great except see below

We would not recommend to come to the hotel with an EV. They have 2 charging stations that are not monitored at all. People put their car there and charge it and leave it for days without moving it when it is fully charged. This was our 3rd stay within 6 months with an EV and always the same. When informing the hotel reception (more than once) they said there is nothing they can do. Does not help if you are running low. We will not rent an EV again when staying at the Aviator.

The room was really modern, very attractively laid out, very comfortable, and most importantly clean and smelt clean. Too many hotels have unaired rooms. The bed was comfortable, the free movies a nice touch. The separate bath and shower was perfect and the water had a good pressure and was nice and hot. Food was very good, mostly had room service but really enjoyed staying at the hotel.

The hotel was brilliant so the following is really picky. The bath is large, so great for a tall person, but for a shorter person it needed a bath mat, as virtually impossible for a short person to sit in the bath, could only lie down ( or slide down) . The bath could have used to handles to help getting in and out.

I love staying here. The rooms are amazing! The beds are comfortable. The Bathroom/Shower facilities are fantastic. The Hotel is great. The Staff are exceptional - We had a problem in our room that would have taken a few hours too fix (Valentine's Night, Very Busy Time) so we were asked to just relax in the lounge area and were given complimentary drinks of our choice immediately. Then instead of us waitting they offered to move us immediately to a new room - We were given one of the large Suits on the Top Floor!!! Bloody amazing! I cannot rate this place high enough... The Sky Bar is excellent. The Brasserie Restaurant is fantastic and the Diner is great too. The Staff are exceptional.... nothing is ever a problem!!!

Absolutely amazing hotel we stayed in a suit over looking the air strip watching planes take off with none of the noise was amazing. The suit was a very nice size with a tv in the lounge tv at the end of bed and tv in the bathtub, although the tv in the bathroom didn't work on both the occasions we stayed which was disappointing but didnt dampen the stay. The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful

Smokers are allowed to smoke directly at the entrance to the hotel. You have to walk through the smoke haze on entry and exit. Disgusting. A party / convention hotel....so drunk smokers stand outside smoking...talking loudly at night. You can hear them in the room....😕 I paid extra to avoid this on our second visit...we were in a suite on the other side!! The management's failure to address this situation, caused myself extra expense. Staff could do with being more attentive, and considerate.... shouldn't have to ask twice for items ..eg coffee. Nor ask to have plates removed!! It seemed they thought it too much. More staff training required.

We enjoyed our last trip so much we went back with our friends. We love the design, comfort and location of the hotel & the service was great. It was particularly nice having airside rooms.

Although I had paid via booking.com , the hotel asked me to pay again on my card & when I checked I could see I had been charged twice . That was sorted out but when we checked in I was asked to pay again. There was an instant apology for the mistake but it made this stay feel less smooth than the first. In addition, we didn’t like the cleaner’s laundry trolleys immediately outside our room. It gave the corridor a down at heel feeling , not as slick as our first visit.

Super comfy beds. Breakfast was incredible. Air side room was great so we could watch the planes. Clean and tidy throughout and staff were lovely. Decor was lovely and the restaurant was fantastic and reasonably priced

Our room wasn’t set up for two people on arrival which we didn’t notice until getting ready to go for dinner so had to wait for enough towels. The aircon in our room wasn’t very good so it did get quite warm. The tv film system kept loosing sound every 15 mins or so.

I loved that Josh from reception is very customer service oriented and every time that we returned to this hotel he did his best to help us with reservations, with bookings for the car. Whatever we would have asked him he did his best to come with a suggestion or an answer in the shortest time. Me and my colleagues felt so relieved when we saw that he was on duty because it made all the time our check in so fast and for us really means a lot as we are not having always a long rest in between duties. Impressive building, nicely decorated and the room has everything you need for a short stay although maybe a bit cluttered with lots of seating. Complimentary water and refreshments in the room was a nice touch. I travelled for my birthday and I think they may have secretly upgraded my room, which I was really grateful for - so much so I extended my trip. The staff in the restaurant and bar are super helpful and knowledgeable. Calling down to reception was a pleasant experience and they are super accommodating. Afternoon tea was particularly impressive with lots of different types of tea and the waitress seemed a tea expert! There is lots of parking space available. Large shower and bathtub with a tv in the bathroom. I got to watch planes land and depart from the window.

I think they forgot to bring my soy milk :( also the blinds were quite dusty and cutlery in the bar looked a bit unclean but nothing major and overall the entire hotel was quite clean. However I found the bed a bit uncomfortable and quite small but apart from that I have no major complaints.
