We loved that the property had a bar and the leisure club was great!

the only thing that could have been improved in my opinion was maybe having a time slot for adults only in the leisure club. it wasn’t as relaxing to be in the steam room when children were using it as a toy and opening and closing the door so often

The place was pleasant enough and leisure facilities are excellent. Good value for what you get. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was nice at dinner. Girl at reception was very nice and couldn't be more helpful

Some places are a bit run down. I am not a fan of fried eggs being left out. They overcook and go rubbery. Prefer to have them freshly cooked. Some staff totally ignoring you, not even a good morning or good evening. Couldn't get away from you quick enough. Also was looking to relax with a night cap(about 10.30pm) after being away all day only to be told bar was closed due to power cut. When it was clear all the power was on. As tap lights were on and till.

Was lovely hotel, felt let down by reception staff checking in( felt very rushed and processed) Staff at bar/restaurant was very nice and the man on shift covering the swimming pool, sauna, hot tub and gym makes the 5 star, he was very considerate and attentive, he single handedly made our stay feel special/unique, myself, partner and daughters felt noticed or considered paying customers,........ Leisure club department, and the super star running it deserves all the praise! He single handedly made our experience top star 🌟 !!! 20/04/23

Bedroom, only 1 window opened, Checked in at 20'C, radiators had no control/shut off and was fully turned on. Only 1 window openable and no fan ect accessible.

We had a good size room, well equipped with a cot for our baby. The bed was large and comfy. The location is good although it is far from Fort William centre. We had a great time at the pool which was not crowded. Breakfast was nice with many different options.

It has a typical, out dated Scottish style so don't expect anything modern. The pool is not directly connected with the hotel so there is a little walk outside which was not great when is freezing.

Easy access from the main road. Receptionist great. Very good intro to the hotel. Got upgraded by hotel because we were there for our first anniversary. We'll worth it and to see Fort William. Then went to see Morar beeches.

At breakfast, a young lassie who worked there looked stressed and was a bit closed with her reply to questions about where things were for breakfast. Breakfast was great. A good variation of different food types.

The leisure club for the value was excellent; nice swimming pool; a small gym; and a small but excellent sauna and steam room. The staff were all really friendly. Nice lounge and bar.

The outside of the building doesn't look too great; it gives a poor first impression. The building does need a little maintenance but it doesn't reflect the cleanliness of the facility and quality of the service.

Dinner was good. As a plus - when I was paying for my drinks and meal I gave the barman what I thought was enough to cover the cost plus a tip. Not realizing there was £10 more than I thought because the cash was all wet - it can rain a lot in Ft William - he immediately pointed out the extra tenner where he could have just taken it. Such honesty is appreciated - well done lad.

It was a lovely hotel very central ...Food was delicious , staff were so lovely especially Ruth and one other lady who was with her when we arrived, beds were so comfy , and spa was brilliant , lovely pool ...

I feel they need to decorate as a little dated ... our room was very hot ....but reason why the radiator in bathroom was always boiling hot...so once we sused this out we shut the door and it kept our room cooler ....... doors were banging alot ...that's not down to the hotel thats down to selfish people staying .... they do need to get a lift for cases to take upstairs though if you have a room on top , they do have ground rooms especially when you walk Ben nevis ...then try to take my heavy case down but this kind man took it for me .... But on the whole a lovely hotel and would deffo go back again ... 100%

The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast options were excellent. The location of the hotel was good as well. The staff were friendly.

The room was good but unfortunately you could hear every footstep from the guests above and outside the door at all hours of the night. We were not in the main building of the hotel so it might have been different in the main rooms. On arrival at about 7pm we asked about booking a table for dinner in the restaurant and were told it was full. There was a Bar menu available, very basic.
