I recently had a pleasant stay at this hotel where my expectations were met. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, providing a cozy space to relax. There was a minor hiccup with the toilet not flushing easily, but it didn't detract significantly from my overall experience. Breakfast was a definite highlight—offering a good variety of dishes that started my day on a positive note. The quality and presentation of the food were consistently enjoyable. Cleanliness was another strong point. The hotel maintained a tidy and orderly environment throughout, which made my stay even more pleasant. A standout aspect of my stay was the exceptional staff. They were not only very good at what they do but also friendly and attentive, making me feel truly welcome throughout my visit.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, situated close to both the Bluewater and Thurrock Lakeside shopping centres. Following the debacle of breakfast the previous week, the general manager pulled out the stops. Thank you for a much better experience. My room was to die for, with Jacuzzi. I’d like specifically to thank Donna the assistant manager who tried to provide breakfast last week. She had tried to sort the problem just didn’t get the support she asked for. Thank you Donna!

Although breakfast was complementary I’d already paid for a breakfast last week, but was given nothing. As a diabetic I should have food in the morning. I had to be at work for 7:15. However, in view of the room upgrade I’ll overlook that!

It was clean and tidy had everything we need and was a nice budget room. The breakfast was great and it was kept fresh , the chief kept tipping up the hot food but with small amounts so it stayed hotter. And there was only a few guessing in the restaurant. The young gentleman on the reception when we book in was polite and got us checked in quick and in the morning the young ladies was the same as where the the restaurant and cleaning staff .

Nothing the only problem which is nothing to do with the hotel was a few midges around because off the weather and the fields But the hotel left a leaflet in the room explaining this which was great .

Very comfortable bed. Plenty of space in the room. An actual closet for clothes and things was a very nice surprise (lacking in most modern hotels!). The breakfast was perfect. I had several meals in the evening as well, all delicious ( steak, pasta's, burgers, pizza ). The staff was always friendly and helpful, spot on.

It's not a new hotel. Not a problem, but for some people, no lift is a bit of a thing.

Everything went exceptionally well! It started with how friendly the staff was and then the room was huge! Lots of space and super clean and comfortable! We got room service once and the staff was amazing! Honestly I would stay there over and over!! The breakfast is totally worth the money as well!! Delicious and filled us full every morning!

The only thing that was even remotely off was that the mattress was a little uncomfortable. You could feel the springs on the bed so it made it a nit uncomfortable. Otherwise we have zero complaints!!

Reception is very good and very clean throughout. The room is a good size and bed very comfortably. Bathroom and shower perfect with nice clean soft towels. There is plenty of parking next to the hotel with an overflow carpark if needed. Easy access to main arterial roads.

Bedroom doors could do with soft close mechanisms as some quests are unable to close doors gently, and this is certainly irritating when trying to sleep or relax.

Even though its around the m25 A13 garden makes it tranquil .. and it's located near a now abandoned thurrock football club .. to which I played many a game on.. showers was brilliant.. room just right size for me. Staff great.. breakfast great.. value for money..

Unfortunately outside main building work going on with a patio of some sort .. front doors not operating properly.. but nothing that spoilt my stay there.. I know that's not the norm ..

from start to finish it was a genuinely great stay as checkIn was smooth and efficient I've been here a few times and the rooms are always comfortable clean and really equipped through all the mods you'd expect from a chain Hotel so very impressed and pleased with highly recommend and will stay again
