On arrival there were plenty of car parking spaces and the reception area was clean, modern and welcoming. There were 2 staff in reception, they were great and checked us in quickly. The room was spotless and everything we needed. We decided to stay and eat in the hotel as there was nothing around the hotel within walking distance. Both myself and my sister were impressed with the choices on the menu. Although limited, there was something for everyone. All good was hot and delicious. We were very impressed. If I’m in the area again, I’d definitely choose the Ibis again .

Location to the M25 and Lakeside Shopping. Also very quiet.

Warm welcome from Adita on reception on arrival. Comfortable room, nice and clean. Twice double glazed windows, which made the room totally silent, even with the nearby traffic. Good nights sleep. Lovely freshly cooked evening meal, well presented. Good choice of hot and cold dishes on offer for breakfast. Chef David was attentive to our needs, and cooked us vegetarian sausages on request. Overall a pleasant stay. The staff are lovely and clearly enjoy their work. We will definitely stay here again. Free parking was a bonus.

Nothing to dislike.

The location, price and the surrounding facilities made this the perfect place to stay.

This was my third stay in this hotel. The first being around 10 years ago, then previously around 7-8years ago. There were a few visible things inside the room in need of repair. Toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall, shower door handle was loose, as well as the toilet door handle. But I would need to be really picky to raise this as it didn't effect our stay.

The bed was comfortable , duvet and pillows were soft and luxurious. The shower and sink was very clean mirrors in the the right places and you can control the temperature of the room which I liked. The tv was on a bracket on the wall which you could turn to the angle that suited you. There was tea and coffee available I had a great night sleep . It is great value for money too.

I didn't have to check out until 12pm and I had room service tapping at more door about quarter to 9am. I felt a bit unrelaxed then as I felt rushed to get sorted and leave the hotel room. They did try again at 10am and had to say sorry I'm still not ready yet.. that was the only down side. Everything else was perfect for me.

Everything clean, of good quality and what you'd expect from an Ibis. Lovely staff, comfortable room and the breakfast looked good (we didn't have it but it looked and smelt good). Location from Purfleet station (we travelled from London) was good being only a few minutes on a very affordable bus ride.

Not exactly in the nicest part of town but convenient for a cheap stay.

It was quiet and good access to and from the motorway. it was clean the staff was friendly I was not expecting much but was surprised

I think if the staff was not there - the place would have been bland and impressionable. I don't think the cost of the room matched the value, it should be been less regardless of the season - things that should be in the room would be a Fridge and the curtains must never been that short especially on a ground floor .

Room and bed comfortable. Nice thick curtains. Despite overlooking the Dartford Crossing the double glazing was very good. Coffee and tea making facilities. Plenty of parking.

Slight smell of dampness in the bathroom. Power light on air conditioning unit reflected in mirror on the opposite wall - these type of lights disrupt your sleep pattern. Very difficult to cover it or the mirror up.

bed was comfortable ,and they have disabled parking spaces but i noticed they have been used by other people without blue badge also breakfast was great,asked for ground floor for my mum as they gave one to us as i was out most of the time on saturday also made sure we had a tv with subtitles as we are deaf

Very comfy bed which was important after a long day in the car with another to follow. We slept really well. the large car park had plenty of spaces. Having a ground floor room made it really easy to unload our bags. Nice large shower.

I couldn't open the door to the bathroom! I had to get the staff to open it for me and then keep it open as I wasn't strong enough to pull it open!

The hotel was nice and clean and the reception area looked good and presentable . The bar looked appealing.

The women at the reception that was in the morning wasn’t really bothered about what she was doing as I was going to check out and she clearly seen me there and I said excuse me and she was just ignoring for like 40 seconds while looking at the computer which I think was rude .
