Enjoyed everything about this hotel. Rooms are small but we knew that. Great layout to maximise available space.

Not a deal breaker, but a window would be nice. Again, we knew no window. So no issues.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Staff were polite and helpful. The shower was nice and the provided toiletries smelled amazing. The beds were comfortable and I'm glad we opted for the family room as a couple as it gave us some space. The location was obviously why we opted for it as we had an early morning flight.

The room size is quite small considering it was meant for up to 4 people. I can't imagine how it would be comfortable or where anyone would put more than a bag each. The room got very warm as there was no window and it was tricky working the thermostat to turn on air-conditioning. The room was quite costly for the size.

Could not be more convenient. Traveling alone with a child means that not having to leave the airport to deal with a shuttle was very important. Right next to a 24 hr Cafe Nero for early morning coffee. We had an unfortunate incident upon arrival where the electricity in our room and a neighboring room tripped shortly after arrival and as it was late maintenance wasn’t around. These things happen in hotels but the duty manager was quick, responsive, moved us to a new room and was apologetic. Great service for a challenging incident. Beds were comfortable and room was cozy.

The rooms are exceptionally small so traveling with luggage is challenging to move around. Know this going in and you will be fine. We were well aware of this when we booked and it was fine.

Perfectly situated for an early flight from Terminal 3. Quiet and comfortable bed and plenty of plugs/ports to recharge all my gadgets ahead of the next flight.

There's no need to tell everybody to close the shower room door. 1. If there's a queue, you've already heard the staff tell the person in front of you. It makes them sound inhuman if they're forced to repeat themselves. 2. There's a bloody great sign in the room you can't miss. Change your smoke alarms to Carbon Dioxide alarms, or rely on the signs in the room.

This is a difficult review because the hotel had, had a water leaks so on arrival and presenting ourselves to the hotel we were advise that they had made a booking for us at a nearby hotel the Sheraton, which was definitely and upgrade, they had organised transportation to the Sheraton and transportation back to the airport the following morning so we did not actually stay at the hotel, but they certainly made sure that we were no inconvenienced at any stage,

The signage to the hotel from terminal three, the tunnel is very long and I think more signage could be put in place to indicate where to go the get to the hotel.

Superb location, wonderfully clean and modern facilities. A lovely retreat in the middle of the chaos of the terminal. Stay here. The bed has concealed lighting behind the bed head , a lovely touch, my first room it didn’t work. Within moments, the manager swapped my room. There was a nice little business centre that you can use if you want. They have good Wi-Fi.

Hard to find to write really other than that it is not cheap, but I guess they are charging for the location. I believe that it is significantly cheaper if you book online rather than through here. Incidentally, the TV has good access to live channels, but does not have any smart facilities like BBC iPlayer et cetera not a big deal for me because I simply use my iPad.

The convenience to Heathrow's Terminal 3 Arrivals and Departures. This was our primary motivation for choosing this hotel for our one-night stay before flying out the following day on Virgin Atlantic.

We actually booked a regular room - until we saw it and needed to upgrade to a "family" room (with two beds versus one) for more space since we had several pieces of luggage and carry-on items. The room, honestly, was very basic with just one chair, no refrigerator or coffee maker, etc. It was more sparse than we anticipated, but was suitable for our needs.

Great stay. We had a wheelchair and staff couldn't have been more helpful. Room was clean and bathroom spotless. Having unlimited espresso and tea in the 2nd floor lounge area was great, in addition to the kettle, tea & coffee in the room. 3 minute (or less) walk from T3 Meet & Greet parking... perfect for a good nights sleep before our early flight to NYC. M&S Food, Boots, WHSmith & Cafe Nero all less than 1 min away in same arrivals terminal. It is a 2 minute covered walk across the courtyard to T3 departures.

Location was excellent for both arrivals and departures so removes the need to leave home in the early hours of the morning if you live a long way away. As I had a 13:30 flight there was also no rushing in the morning because of the later checkout time. The greeting from the staff was really friendly and they were also very helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was lovely and clean - all of which makes for a great start before your flight.

I understand space may be an issue but a small restaurant would be great - although the M&S Football came in handy.

We had a problem with the air conditioning which was expediently resolved. The duty Manager was brilliant and gave us another room. The staff were terrific and I couldn’t speak highly enough of them or our stay.

The booking says that the hotel was in T2 which it was not. Once again I feel critical of Booking. Com to inform potential guests accurately about these properties they provide. Luckily the stay was fabulous. Given our experiences on this holiday with other accommodation and lack of accurate information we have decided not to use Booking. Com again and switch to Air B&B.
