Clean modern hotel, 1 mile from Heathrow terminal 3, ideal for overnight stay close to airport. Bar and food options.

Just advice- you cannot walk between the hotel and the airport due to a pedestrian free tunnel. Uber is £30! Use bus 105 from the airport which drops you outside the door (4stops?). To get to the airport catch any bus from the other side if the road 🙂 bus fare is £1.75 - card only and a separate payment method for each passenger. Breakfast £14

Short cab ride to airport is a bit expensive at £15 for a mile or less. Due to 2 drops we were both charged £15 for a total of £30 which makes a good location less helpful. Free shuttles to hotels would be comparable to some other places worldwide.

The location to Heathrow Terminal 3 was less than 7 minutes using Uber, which was excellent for my early morning flight. The room was spacious, and they had complimentary coffee and water.

The front desk officer could not seem to find my booking, and I had to stand for a while. Even though they had communicated to me the previous day via message. She also didn't apologize for keeping me waiting!

The hotel in general and room were fine.

The hotel staff should provide better communication about how to get to the hotel from Heathrow airport, which bus stop etc. On arriving at T2 I rang the hotel to ask but was told by the male staff member 'How should I know?' - not very helpful. (For info, from T2 you need to follow blue signs to lifts for Heathrow Central bus station - on exiting the terminal the lifts are set into the exterior wall of the terminal building immediately to your right. From Heathrow Central bus station get the 105 or 111 from stance 19. £1.65, each passenger needs to pay using a separate contactless card. The bus stops right outside the hotel (Esso garage). (From T5 exit the terminal and get the bus from stance no.5).

Great hotel right next to terminal 3! They have a bar and restaurant that serves good food and a nice coffee machine for the morning. Room was clean and comfortable

Compared to other hotels along the Bath Rd ‘strip’ that I’ve stayed at this was truly surprising. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the room was comfortable, spacious and I enjoyed the aviation theme throughout the hotel (the drinks-trolley style mini fridge was a nice touch). Location is great with the bus stop from Heathrow Central bus station immediately outside and there’s a 24 hour petrol station next door if you need snacks. Note that the bus stop for the 423 to Terminal 5 is a few minutes walk down the road and it only comes every 20 minutes or so so check the TFL app before you head to the bus otherwise you could be waiting a while. Another bonus was that the hotel is well soundproofed and you can’t hear the air traffic despite being so close to the airport.

Can’t really complain when it’s included in the room rate but the breakfast was a bit disappointing especially the cooked items were of the cheapest quality. Only other complaint was a rather unpleasant smell from the plumbing but this seems to be the case at every hotel along Bath Rd so it’s not a problem isolated to this particular hotel. Also note there’s no local buses to T4 so you either need to use the overpriced hotel hoppa bus or take one of the regular buses to the central bus station and then use the free train transfer.

Comfortable, clean and a couple of busstops away from Heathrow T2 and T3 Good size room.

The breakfast. We were there at 10, a half hour before closing and unfortunately, the food had been kept warm since 6.30. The fried egg was so leathery that you could bounce it on the ground. The bacon was so dry and hard to cut. Sausages wrinkly. Even the grilled tomatoes had a hard skin on. Such a disappointment. We paid £14 per person. We did mention this to the guy looking after the breakfast area. He apologised on behalf of the kitchen and did say the food had been out all morning. No refund offered.

Good location. Just 3 bus stops from Heathrow Central Bus Station and 4 different buses (105, 111, 278, and 285) can take you there. Clean comfortable rooms. I always stay here when doing an overnight at Heathrow. Reception is always hit or miss. This time the lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. Upon exiting, I told the male attendant that the bathroom sink drained very slowly and needed attention. He said OK, didn’t write anything down and proceeded to chat with a female attendant. Go figure

The staff are really helpful. Really good location for the airport; I'd recommend booking this place for straight after a long flight or just before catching one. From South Kensington - Central London to this place, the Uber was around 34 pounds so not too bad.

Labels for shampoo/conditioner + body wash aren't clear ie. you can't read them so you can't be sure what your using. Pretty minor but facing them the right way would be a huge help loool.

No queue to check in (I had already done so online but still needed to pay, collect key etc), didn't need to cross to the annex, room had all I needed for an overnight stay and, altogether, trouble free. One of the closest Heathrow hotels on Bath Road, easy to travel by bus to and from Heathrow Central Bus Station.

This is only to qualify my praise of the hotel. I arrived after 21:00, went straight to my room, slept and left about 09:00 the following morning. So I didn't use the restaurant or any other facilities.
