The location is great - close to Heathrow Airport, and within easy reach by either bus or taxi. Staff was friendly and the check-in process, including room selection, is made easier by online check-in which the hotel provides in advance. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There is an excellent spa on the ground floor, which I really liked and would recommend wholeheartedly. I also liked the bar (and kudos to the hotel for giving a complimentary drink along woth the room reservation) and the hotel restaurant, which somewhat peculiarly specialises in steaks and lobsters (yes, it's called "Steak and Lobster", but at first I was under the impression this was just a fancy name, not that it actually only serves steaks and lobsters). :D Definitely good value for money.

Although the room was clean and comfy, it didn't really have any extra amenities besides the TV, a telephone, and an ironing board with a smoothing iron (which I actually used for once). So no minibar, no bathrobes in the closet (which would've been useful when going to the spa), no water kettle or coffe or tea or anything. While it's not a big issue, when pursuing a 4-star experience, one might expect that there be an extra something in the room.

clean, comfortable, quiet, polite and helpful staff ( although not always knowledgeable) the best pillows ever, great spa facilities great breakfast very close to the airport( you don’t need to book the shuttle, the normal bus is across the street and will take you to the airport in less time ( <10min) for a fraction of the money)

the corridors are a maze, so it is a bit difficult to find your room at first the spa is great but most people don’t realise it is a relaxation room and not a parlour for loud chats

Every time I stay here i just love how big and beautiful it is I love the energy & environment. Always lively & I feel safe here staying alone The beds are so soft & comfortable

The last two times the Spa staff were really rude! The 1st time the lady openly said she had been working all day on her own & looked clearly stressed. She was quite dismissive & made her low vibrational energy known. The 2nd time myself & a couple were shocked by how rude another member of staff was. She told us to be quiet as we we’re talking too loud. She definitely could have said this more diplomatically where our responses to her would have been more understanding.

It's in very close proximity to Heathrow airport (a short trip on Uber, taxi, minicab or a bus from a near bus station) so if you need to stay before your flight or during connection, it's certainly one of at least couple to choose from in the vicinity. Facilities wise, it's certainly at the more luxurious side of the spectrum, hovewer, you can feel it's a little bit dated character (it's certainly can not be described as funky and modern). Still, very solid place to stay meeting and potentially exceeding (had not had a chance to dine) standards.

For early checking-in I was requested £100, however it was not an issue to leave the baggage with the reception so I can not really say I was very sour for that.

My stay was completely fuss free! The staff were extremely helpful right from the moment I made the reservation..that's what sold it for me. They sent me a really helpful message on the services offered and how to get to and from the hotel from Heathrow. Check in and check out was online and seamless. The room was bigger than most I have seen in london with lots of helpful amenities. I would definitely stay again. I had an AMAZING stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're looking for a place to stay around Heathrow.

The only thing I would say I didn't like was the fact that my room was facing a brick wall, and I have no view whatsoever. Very minor issues, in my opinion, and didn't take away from how fabulous my stay was.

The staff were very helpful and understanding. Thanks to Katlina for showing us around the hotel and the rooms available and for the complimentary upgrade after a bad experience at a different hotel. She went above and beyond to make our check in experience smooth and easy. The room was very spacious, staff were very kind and very helpful. Spa facilities were lovely.

There was some noise from the next room over the course of one night for a few hours because of some guests being a nuisance. however the night manager dealt with it very swiftly and had them removed they also gave us a complimentary late checkout and offered us to move rooms.

Overall hotel ambience is great. On-site restaurant is wonderful. Hotel location is good.

The tub height is quite high for short people (5’3”) like myself. Getting out of it with wet feet felt treacherous. The young man who checked us in was quite helpful. However, when he was trying to see my flight number to find out the bus schedule for my terminal, it took him > 5 mins. I got nervous bec he seemed to be working on my phone behind the counter which I couldnt see - still to no avail until I asked for my phone back and told him Ill figure it out myself.

Lovely building, quality finishes, an experience for sure. Nice comfortable rooms, beds, climate control in the rooms, block out curtains. Very convenient to the airport. Breakfast was lovely, nice dining room, fresh fruit, juices and pastries.

More of a note... the airport shuttle is run by an external company called hotel hopper. The hotel has nothing to do with the timetable or whether the bus comes at the scheduled time or not. Just something to note so you don't miss your flight. The bus I'd planned to catch didn't arrive and had to wait for the next one, which was early according to the timetable.

Comfortable rooms, but above all welcoming and helpful staff - and an excellent breakfast. Ideal stop before a flight from Heathrow.

The car park (which is good) is at the back of the Hotel, but you need a Hotel room card to get through the doors there - which is crazy. You can access a lobby to pay for your parking in advance (£16 for any part of 24 hrs for us), but when you've paid you can't get into the Hotel - which is crazy. Unless someone with a card lets you in. Otherwise, you'll need to lug bags all the way ( a long way) to the front entrance. There is a button and speaker/microphone in the lobby, but we got no response to that when we arrived around 21:30. Only real flaw in an otherwise very good experience.
