As it was the lowest priced place in the area I was a tad sceptical about it. However it exceeded all my expectations. The staff were wonderfully pleasant and welcoming. The room was spotless and comfy. The restaurant had a good menu with a nice wide selection of food and drink. It was well staffed and clean.

I personally try to avoid giving my personal details to companies if I can avoid it, because they sell it on. The WiFi is with Sky and they wanted a bit too much info. So I didn't use it. However this is not a problem for most people.

The room was just for one person, but it was still a decent size, the bed was a small double rather than a single which was good. The room had everything I expected and needed. It was clean, it was cleaned whilst I stayed there which a lot of places don't these days. I didn't feel cramped in any way. Had one cooked breakfast which was very nice tasty. Staff were friendly. I enjoyed my stay and felt very comfortable.

I did have squeaky floorboards and wondered if I was disturbing anyone below me walking around. Hope not!

The food is excellent. Breakfast had a good variety of choice for a cooked breakfast. The lunch and dinner menu is all day. The hotel is modern but with interesting historical pieces, such as a large cast iron oven and a small pizza/bread-making oven, not to mention the water wheel in the bar. Staff are lovely and although most of them are young they do an excellent job and make a good team with lovely Claire on reception. Bed was comfortable and room and rest of hotel very clean. My room was quiet and overlooked the internal courtyard.

Because of the countryside location I couldn't get my EE signal so phoning and receiving calls was not possible unless via What's app. The wifi is sky icloud and very personal details were required to use as a guest which was worrying. Travel into Nuneaton can take from 12 minutes outside peak hours to 45min first thing in the morning due to heavy traffic.

Room was basic and could do with remodernising and updating but it had everything I needed and it was clean and comfortable. The real bonus was the food. Excellent. Fresh and very well prepared and cooked. On the evening I had seabass with pea rosotto absolutely fabulous. For breakfast I had the smoked salmon on sourdough with poached egg. Very impressed and all at a resonable price. Well done.

The room was a bit dated but was a very minor point.

The room was clean, comfortable and warm. Decor was smart and I liked the old pictures of surrounding villages, I liked the fact that when we found that a bedside light didn't work, the member of staff came to the room and fixed it straightaway.

The dining and breakfast room were not very warm. I found it odd that the breakfast toast and butter was served on the cooked food plate. I have never seen this before. There were separate plates provided. Service in the restaurant was rather slow at times.

Nice comfy bed. Good stock of tea/coffee sachets. Didn't stay for breakfast as we had to get away early. Dinner in the restaurant was good with a tasty selection of usual pub favourites and reasonably priced. Reception staff were friendly on check-in.

Creaky floors - but an old building. Room wasn't big but adequate for a 1 night stop over. Was hot in the room but my wife likes sub tropical. There was no or very poor mobile signal (not hotels fault) but you could join their free wifi cloud.

The environment was chilled. The staff were amazing. It was a last minute booking literally and everything was well done. Rooms were clean, Zain (Hoping I spelt his name right) was 🔥👌and very kind. If you want peace and serenity then Millers is your joint.😊

The network is poor . However, the Wi-Fi connectivity slightly makes up for it. The staff did inform us but then again who wants repetitive phone calls when all you want is a nice quiet night....

Interesting to see the water wheel and old ovens within the hotel. Our bed was large and very comfortable. The room had everything we needed. There were a good selection of Breakfast options. If you wanted to add breakfast to your stay, you could just turn up on the morning, no pre booking, and for £10 each it was good value. A round of drinks at the bar didn't break to bank either like at some places.

The extractor fan was broken, it made a terrible noise if we turned it on, and the bath was very slippy to stand in for a shower. There was a sign to say bath mats available at reception, but I didn't realise how slippy it was until I was already in there. The painted walls in our room were in dire need of redecoration.

The building is very beautiful inside and dressed up for Christmas made it very warm and welcoming. The eating areas are very pleasant. Food was good. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The room was cosy and warm, it was clean and a good size for 3 people, and the bathroom was clean and shower/bath were easy to use. It was very quiet and peaceful.

The 3rd bed was like a bed of springs. The breakfast menu needs to be a bit simpler so you know what you are paying for. Wifi was shocking

Room was good, clean and tidy, matress and bedding very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner was very nice too with a lovely atmospheric bar and dining area.

Breakfast was expensive for what it was but the cooked elements were nicely done. Would have liked a toaster accessible with some jam to finish my breakfast but its only a minor niggle. Also requested porridge which they said they did not do.
