For our anniversary ... We stayed in one of the cabins, number 17! It was clean, tidy, a very smart & modern room with lovely features. It had tea, coffee, milk, little biscuits & hot choc! Lovely shampoo & conditioner. The Ffolkes feast was absolutely delicious 😋 😍 great quality food !!! We played crazy golf and enjoyed our drinks in one of the chill out lounges. It's brilliantly decorated & bright themed. We really like a member of staff called Ashley, he was polite, patient, very helpful & really fun, you can tell he enjoyed his job. He was really enthusiastic which is lovely ! We will definitely be coming back 😃

We were very happy with our room and it was such great value for money. We were opposite the restaurant which was great in the mornings, nipping in for breakfast. The cooked breakfast was delicious. The staff were amazing.

Our room didn’t have a lot of natural light but that made for a great night’s sleep. The restaurant is dog friendly, which I am sure dog owners love, however, one evening meal was totally spoiled by barking dogs. Maybe this should be reviewed and dogs could only be allowed in the conservatory area or outside. When you have 8 dogs seated together it really does become a problem!

From the second I arrived, the customer care and quality at this hotel was exceptional. In the past I have experienced good quality, but that has usually been a specific thing or a specific person. My experience here at The Ffolkes Hotel was exceptional in every aspect. I had incredible service checking in and my first dinner on my first night, but didn't expect that to be the same from every member of the team I spoke to and the very same the next day. There was a health issue with another guest while I was there and I couldn't believe my eyes seeing how attentive and caring the staff were. This is without doubt a 10/10, and I wish I lived nearer as I would visit more. Well done to you all, this is an exceptional business.

This isn't applicable, in my many years on this earth ( and a lot of travelling ), I have never experienced quality like this over every aspect and individual in the business.

Was a superb find in the middle of Norfolk. After visiting friends, it was great to eat and stay at Ffolkes for an evening. Nothing was too much problem for the staff. The Room rate included breakfast which was spot on, freshly cooked, hot and definitely needed on a cold December Sunday. Had a nosey at the other facilities which had a pitch-n-put, spa pods and separate venue space. Very Impressed.

I couldnt find much to fault in honesty.

Superb breakfast with lots of variety. Dinner menu was a little repetitive but food was really good. Chicken pie was sublime! We had one of the coaching rooms on the 2nd floor - lovely room, lots of space with a huge bathroom. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Great location for exploring North Norfolk.

Drawback to room was it was on the road side, so noisy if you opened the skylights in the bedroom. We opened the (huge!) skylight in the bathroom to get some air in, which was great but there is no blind on that skylight, so leaving the bathroom door open for air was fine until daybreak. However, there were earplugs and an eye mask provided.

The property is very clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to accommodate a late check in, even letting us order food and keeping it warm until our arrival, that’s going above and beyond in my opinion and as we were a group it wasn’t easy. For this they are due high praise indeed.

I enjoy staying at the property as work in the area every few weeks but unfortunately the price of the rooms often make it impossible to stay here on a specific budget. Maybe they could offer a discount to regular visitors to make this possible but apart from that there is nothing negative to note about this property.

Ffolks felt bright, light and welcoming when we arrived. The staff were positive and helpful throughout our stay which created a relaxed atmosphere - we always felt in good hands. We had booked a cabin room - located just outside the main building - and we found this suited our needs perfectly. Clean, nicely decorated and laid out with a well-lit bathroom and a powerful shower. The bed was comfy and ideally positioned for the best view of the large TV which had many channels including Netflix. Not that we came to watch television but it was a bonus during our downtime! Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of cooked options and plenty of fruit, yoghurt, cereal alongside.

The blind in the bedroom looked smart and in keeping with the decor but it didn't fully obscure the light from the window in the morning so an additional curtain would be useful. Great idea to host 'guest kitchens' offering different menus for lunch / dinner. I can imagine this is really popular for the target audience, which I think is probably families, but it wasn't really what we were looking for after one night. Some healthier, salad-type options - including fish which is abundant in the area - would have been nice. But that's just us.

Really great atmosphere and something a bit different! The accommodation was clean and modern. The food in the restaurant was fantastic and the breakfast the following morning was great too. Would definitely like to return here for a longer visit to take advantage of the container golf or spa cabins.

The room was in a purpose built block adjacent to the main building. This was good as it was quiet (away from the road). It was easy to find and there is ample parking. The room was quite small but well presented and helpfully organised. We liked the mini fridge with a bottle of fresh milk and filtered water. The breakfast was good - a lot of cooked options. Staff were very pleasant. This was a good base for an overnight stay in order to visit Sandringham, Heacham beach and Brancaster.

Breakfast is excellent! Loads of choices to choose from. Can even request to cook an omelette. Location is easy to find. Room is spacious, quirky, clean, cozy and everything we need is there! We love the room very much! Staff are friendly and accomodating!
