The room was great, very spacious, extremely clean and well equipped, bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was included and was really nice, the staff in particular were wonderful and really helpful When we booked the venue, we had no idea that there was a gym, spa, swimming pool available at the facilities and that we'd be welcome to use these. I've looked back at our original booking and I can't find any information about this. It was a shame as we arrived on quite a warm day but didn't have a swimming costume to take advantage of this wonderful offer.

It would have been great if the room could have a full length mirror and that plug points could be near a mirror for getting ready in the morning.

Large well furnished room in peaceful surrounding. Own small outside seating space in front of room which was a nice sun trap. Spa facilities were lovely and breakfast in the golf course club house good. We had a drink in the bar before it closed. Drinks were good value.

Quite remote. We took a taxi to Ledbury for dinner which was £20 each way. A shame the bar closes by 5pm as after this point the only facilities open are the spa and gym. We were aware if this though. A small fridge in the room would have been handy. Room only had bath with shower over which was quite high to climb into and no hand rail. Pool not ideal for anyone with mobility issues due to metal step access.

Great large room and bathroom. We had three rooms in our family party and all were excellent. Staff were lovely. We had the option of using the pool or gym after checking out which was a bonus. Golf course staff also very helpful. Great breakfast served by a very polite and attentive young man. Good selection. Nothing was too much trouble.

Very little. If anything the signs could do with updating. They were a little dirty and tired. The odd paving stone by the accomodation could do with re-bedding. However, this is being ultra-critical just to answer the question.

We loved our stay in Hop Pickers 2, although described as a small double, the bed was Queen size (I think) and everything was spotlessly clean and stylish. The whole complex is just gorgeous, the pool, the jacuzzi, the sauna, the setting - all just perfect. The team working there are so welcoming and friendly, Mandy was so lovely as was the other lady on reception - and we had a scrummy pint of local cider in the sunshine! We will definitely return, oh our vegetarian breakfast was delicious! Thanks so much, very happy guests Melanie and Jonathan x

Absolutely nothing - it was all just as we’d hoped and we are quite fussy!

Family room was huuuge and separate little bedroom for child is a massive bonus. Very clean, warm, comfortable huge bed, nice bathroom. Staff are lovely everywhere from reception to breakfast. Lovely getaway for one night and spa is a very nice bonus included in the price, with decent hot sauna. When we stayed, it was only few people in the swimming pool, felt very private.

Only one suggestion would be to check chemical levels in the swimming pool. I am sure it is fine but the smell was quite strong and my boy's skin reacted the next morning and we know it wasn't food as he doesn't go to swimming pool every day. Maybe he has sensitive skin but he doesn't get that reaction after going to other swimming pools.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and tidy, and well serviced. The swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi were all excellent, as were the showering and changing facilities. Breakfast arrangements in the clubhouse worked well. There was plentiful convenient parking even when there were a lot of golfers on site. It is very convenient location for touring the local area.

Some more information about local events and places of interest would be helpful. We would also suggest that hooks are fitted onto the front door for winter and wet weather clothing, a doormat is fitted inside the front door to avoid spoiling the nice carpet, and a toilet roll holder is fitted for ease of reach and use. Please note that none of these detracted from a very enjoyable stay.

Nice quiet country location, but only a short drive to Ledbury for pubs, shops, restaurants. Note less places open for food Sunday night:, Prince of Wales good, Star no, Talbot yes but last orders 6pm, Feathers good, also Olive Tree. Breakfast excellent here and catered for dietary needs. Staff friendly and helpful at check-in, the spa and breakfast bistro. Room spacious and comfortable, was able to bring car up to door for unloading and loading from car park. We've been to this area several times and definitely plan to return to the Alexander Park. The Spa is a great bonus

The room was perfect, the bed was super comfortable. Staff were all really friendly, and the breakfast was delicious (could have done with more coffee though)

It would have been nice to have been able to check in early as I had a wedding to attend. So I had a 3hr drive with nowhere to freshen up before the wedding and then I had to leave the wedding after the ceremony to go and check in, as check in would have been closed when I returned. I would have happily paid more to be able to do this.

It's set in a beautiful location a few miles outside Ledbury; very peaceful and green, while Ledbury itself is a pretty little town with some nice pubs and restaurants. We were upgraded to the honeymoon suite and it was nicely decorated and very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff serving the breakfasts were really friendly and helpful - they really helped to give a good impression of the place.

There isn't much to do in the immediate vicinity of Alexander Park, and you have to be prepared to drive about 6 miles to get to any bars, restaurants etc.

Lovely location. Fantastic gym facilities, including pool and sauna. Included breakfast top notch.

No bedside lights - only switch at door. Light sleeper, so woke early by mowers - but probably to be expected on golf resort! More geared to short stays - great for weekend, any longer and could do with more cooking pots/pans to give better options regarding evening meals (was in self contained cottage)
