Staff absolutely lovely. Room was spacious and clean with a great balcony. Very quiet at night . It's a bit isolated but can get a taxi into Great Malvern . Views from the room are great.

Very limited menu the night we were there , food is quite expensive too for pub food. The TV in the room must have been from the 80's and didn't work. We weren't that bothered, but some people may be. We did report it, but nothing happened.

We were attending an event at the Three Counties showground the next morning, so wanted to stay somewhere close to that, with clean and comfy rooms and somewhere to eat. It was the perfect spot. Rooms are beside a local pub, which had a lovely atmosphere, good pub food (especially the puddings) and friendly, helpful staff. The rooms were spacious, comfy bed, tea and coffee facilities, everything we needed.

There was no option for breakfast, but that didn't matter to us as we were able to eat at the showground.

Loved that the room was seperate, as had bad ecxperiences staying at pub style places before. Staff were all very lovely and helpful. Room was a very good size and food was lovely.

Only down side was the wifi didnt quite reach my room. If wasnt here for work this would't ahve been a problem, and I just worked from the pub where it worked perfectly fine anyway. Think it was down to the weather though, so a very smallproblem and not enough to stopme booking here again.

Good location for where I needed to be, a very spacious room with double bed and seating area, plus convenient parking outside the accommodation. The hotel had excellent views, plus there was internet access in the room, as well as a kettle, TV and information leaflets about the local area. The rooms were separate from the pub and only a 30 second walk across to the restaurant/bar. The pub food was very nice and bar staff welcoming.

There was nothing I didn’t like. The only things that would have made it even better would have been if breakfast was available in the morning for convenience, and if - when first arriving - it had been clear where to park and which car park entrance to use. The first time I ended up having to turn around very cautiously in the car park, leave and re-enter through the other side due to there not being enough room to get my car past other parked cars. However I didn’t make this mistake twice and it is a very minor point!

very comfortable room, complete with 2 comfy chairs in the seating area. very comfy bed and the room was a good size with good layout. Good toiletries, with plenty of toilet paper for a change. Great location for the 3 counties showground. Very friendly and helpful staff, and good pub grub. Perfect for our one night stay for the Malvern Show.

nothing really.

The room was larger than we had anticipated and offered great value for money. Everything was clean and it was nice that the room was separate from the pub as well. The view from the French doors was an added bonus.

It is a good walk from the train station to the accommodation but we knew this before booking and could have taken a taxi if necessary.

Bar staff and restaurant staff were excellent: friendly and helpful. There was a good selection of food. The room was well proportioned and the bed comfortable

The bar seemed understocked, in particular the spirit selection could have been better, eg single malt ran out. The room was a good size but in the bathroom there was nowhere to hang or place anything.

Great location, glad we arrived early as parking was a bit tight. We had a beautiful view from our room. Breakfast not available but we had dinner, which was very good. Staff were very welcoming.

Rooms are a bit tired, but this is reflected in the price. Could have done with some more shelves/hooks in the bathroom.

There was no breakfast but evening food was great and the landlady saved us a roast on Sunday as we came back late. That’s what I call service.

Did not find fault with anything . Maybe more milk and tea bags in room. That’s being fussy though.
