Amazing location 30 steps away from trinity shopping center, next to food places and convenience shops. nice modern simple rooms and comfy beds.

The front desk is said to be 24 hours however the staff do disappear for 10-15 minutes and there is no bell or any ways of getting them back so it is frustrating when your waiting to check in and you don’t know how long your going to be stood waiting for someone to help you. More staff would be very useful so there is cover at all times on the front desk or a bell to ring as I was stood waiting to check in for 10 minutes and I had put my time of arrival on the booking. The staff member who checked me in and out was also not very happy and you could tell she did not want to be there or talk to us and did state that she couldn’t be bothered.

EasyHotel Leeds is a good city hotel which offers much for less. The hotel's location is very good and very convenient as it is just a stone's throw away from Trinity Shopping Mall and other amenities and for the record, this is now my third time going to stay there each time I go to Leeds. The staff that includes its Management and Beth, Liza, Ashish to name just but a few is amazing, very friendly people who went over and above to make my stay enjoyable. I ended up staying for one month at EasyHotels due to unforeseen circumstances and I must say, EastHotels leadership that includes George from EasyHotels headquarters, The Manager Alywyn and his assistant Khaled were very considerate to my plight and gave me massive, discounted rates and I really appreciated the gesture. Furthermore, the management at EasyHotels Leeds upgraded my room to a nicer and bigger room as complimentary. Thank you so much EasyHotels, you will continue to be my hotel of choice each time I come to Leeds, UK!

Absence of a basic necessity such as an electric jug.

The staff is friendly and welcoming, also very helpful, providing all info I needed and some extra local tips. I booked a room without window, it was clean, no smell, on contrary it seemed well ventilated. It was more spacious than the one from EasyHotel in Glasgow, and the bathroom was larger too. It gets one extra point from me, for having hangers in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and can't complain about the noise at all, as I couldn't hear any other guests being loud during my stay. The location was great for the purpose of the trip, really close to the train station.

This was my second experience of an EasyHotel, and after the first in Edinburgh, I didn't expect this to be any better. But it was a huge improvement on so many levels! Such a pleasant surprise to enter a nice, spacious room and bathroom. Plug sockets near the bed and lots of room to store things. Temperature controls in the room itself (unlike Edinburgh) so comfort was so much nicer. The location is excellent, amongst shops and bars, 10 mins walk to the train station. Cleanliness and WiFi excellent.

This is where my friends and I stay whenever we go to Leeds. I enjoyed it everytime. Room is clean, bathroom is just perfect and I enjoyed watching a local show before bed time. Also, the location is a plus, it's near Jollibee, Sainsbury's, Boots and other restaurants and pubs.

I just had trouble sleeping because my room was right infront of the main door and I heard all the possible noise I could ever hear. Feet stomping, kids running and all. This isn't something the hotel can control, it would be nice though if SILENCE is reinforced esp. at night. Maybe signage would be helpful to remind ALL guests that not everyone is there for a vacation/holiday. There are those like me who stayed there bec. I had to take an exam the next morning. A bit groggy but again, not the hotel's fault. I was happy with my hotel stay.

Room was clean and had basics, we booked without a window which meant the room was always pitch black so you don't know what time it is when you wake up in the morning, so I wouldn't recommend the no window room if you're staying for a few days but it's okay for what I needed it for. The no window also made it really warm in the room. But it's perfect just for a bed to sleep in after a night out. Staff were friendly and everything was very clean

Both Khaled and Liza not exceeded themselves on my stay they were both very friendly and helped me a lot I will definitely advise others to stay at easy hotel just because of the friendliness and niceness of both staff members, I feel that they should be rewarded for exceptional customer service. My stay was peaceful and it hit the nail on the head coupled with the good customer service I received it really made my day just that little bit better you couldn't ask for more than that.

The only thing I didn't like was the vending machine was out of order.

The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive to all my needs. The manager was kind and resourceful. You could tell they had good teamwork and the staff enjoyed working their. Also, a very convenient location, the coach station and train station, was within 5 minutes walk.

It's to be expected, but the twin room bed was quite small, but I am above average in height. Also, the TV only had a few channels that worked.

Easy to find in central location. Lovely modern hotel with Aircon . Even though in city centre it was lovely and quiet. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful upon arrival. No coffee facilities in the room but there's vending machines in the reception area. Plenty of plug sockets in the room.

I was a little unsure about the glass doors into the toilet/bathroom but once we got used to it , it was fine

Location and price

Paid for late check out but got woke up by cleaner Parking card for discount didn't work so had to pay full Friend asked for late check out got told already done She had 2 different people knocking on door saying she should of checked out. Queeried with reception and she said friends late check out not payed for . Didn't then charge her but knocking on twice when receptions fault isn't good
