Great location,two balconies in our room. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good (not a large selection, but fresh fruit, toast snd danishes) Automated coffee machine with several choices including hot chocolate available 24 hours. Near good food and drinks. Near Millennium Park and train station.

AC did not work. Front desk said it was being repaired but we wonder how long it had been out. Maybe not a recent problem? Fans were provided. Also two bedrooms listed one double bed and one bunk bed. But the double is not in its own room. It is part of the main room. Not much privacy. But, comfortable. AND the sofa folds out into another full bed. Since the small (bunk) room was so warm, one of us slept there with the door open.

Bed was really uncomfortable. It was 2x singles joined (badly) together, and very saggy mattresses, so it just felt like you were rolling into the middle of the bed. The 'agreement' with the nearby Q-park car park (which was described as offering -30% discount to Roomzzz customers) was no longer happening, so each 24hours = £32!!! I moved the car - I refuse to pay £96 for 3 days of my car not even turning a wheel, just sat in a car park!

We arrived incredibly early and were greeted at reception by Michelle who was so lovely, happy and friendly and she managed to find a room that was free for us as my husband needed to do some work. We were so grateful! All the staff we met were wonderful. we loved staying here and will stay here every time we’re in Leeds. The room was lovely! We had a one bedroom apartment and it had a kitchen and living area, with a bedroom in a separate room. The bed was really comfortable and there were sockets either side of the bed with USB sockets too. There was also a socket next to the full length mirror for doing your hair. There was a hairdryer and iron and ironing board in the room and a little wardrobe. In the living area there were two sofas, a desk, a dining room table and chairs and the kitchen had everything you could need. I loved that the bathroom had a dim light as well as a bright light so when you got up in the night to go to the toilet it wasn’t overly bright. The whole apartment felt really well thought out and it was really comfortable. We loved the grab and go breakfast too. I can’t recommend this one lace enough honestly!

+ Location is great, just a few minutes' walk from Leeds station. Around the corner from Leeds's main LGBTQ+ hub, walking distance from loads of great pubs, bars and restaurants in town (Bundobust on Mill Hill highly recommended for Indian street food!) + Easy check-in process at the staffed reception + We'd booked a regular smart studio but our apartment actually had a balcony, which we were not expecting but loved! Despite the rain, it was great for getting a bit of air in and watching the city life go by! We'd definitely choose a balcony studio when booking again! + Apartment featured everything we needed for a night's stay, and with the small but fully-fitted kitchen we could have been comfortable there for a much longer stay too. + Good sized bed, with firm mattress and fresh linen - we slept very well. + Grab and go breakfast was super convenient for us, to pick up a couple of pastries before heading on our way.

- Apartment room was very warm and the AC controls did not seem to be working. Fortunately we could open the balcony doors to freshen things up a bit.

It was our first stay at a Roomzzz and it was an all together positive experience. Great location within a couple of blocks of the train station and most everything else. The “Grab and Go” breakfast was very convenient as we could grab and take the items back to our room. The 24 hour availability of the coffee and specialty drink machine was great. Checkin was quick and easy and the staff was friendly. We will stay at Roomzzz again when given the opportunity.

We’ve stayed here 4 times now and always book the studio with the balcony - the amenities not the room are great, full kitchen set up if you needed it which we always do and it’s nice that there is a dishwasher In the room because I hate leaving our used glasses in the room and I’m sure lots of other people tidy up after themselves as well?! x x the reception guys were both really friendly, professional and helpful. the price has been cheaper on our previous stays but obviously everything is costing more these days so I’m sure all hotels have upped there prices x x

Great staff throughout.... all very welcoming, attentive and helpful. Good room with everything you need - plus a grab and go complimentary breakfast of croissant and fruit. Right on the edge of the city centre... and parking at Trinity is around the corner... bit expensive parking, but what do you expect from a city centre, secure and modern car park.

Lovely room with exceptional kitchen facilities including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and micro. 4th floor room with full width balcony. Grab and go breakfast very varied and generous. Good location for all facilities, near railway station and Bridge over to Armouries.

Sadly lift out of order throughout my 3 night stay, made grab and go breakfast a little taxing. Staff mostly lovely but one day very grumpy on reception.

Everything about the hotel was great. We were given a warm welcome by the receptionist, the rooms were spacious and well presented, the kitchen had everything we required, the beds were incredibly comfy and the location was great too.

Construction workers outside the hotel starting loud drilling at 7.50am on a Sunday morning. After a night out celebrating, it was the greatest wake up call. This isn't the fault of the hotel, but it was right outside our bedroom window so it was impossible to sleep.

The most perfect location just minutes from bars, restaurants and the railway station. Such lovely and always helpful staff. I made 2 bookings here and loved the accommodation and having a full kitchen and washing machine made this the perfect place to stay for a weekend. I would never even think of looking elsewhere. It was just 100% perfect - but an upgrade to a Smart TV with Netflix and You Tube etc would have been nice
