Exceptional and comfortable studio apartment. Proper sitting area for TV etc. Location was superb just across from the Light where we parked pre booked with a 25% discount code given to us prior to arrival. Very handy for eating at a choice of places in the Light. As we only stayed 1 night we didn’t use the cooking facilities but there was everything you would need for a couple to cook or get a takeout with proper crockery and glasses, or toast in the morning, plus a refrigerator (with ice cubes in the freezer ) and bottled water and which we used for a little fresh milk for coffee. And a dishwasher! Reception were very friendly and efficient.

Loved the apartment. Very stylish and comfortable. The table was laid for dinner, and the bathroom was well stocked with toiletries. We both loved the inclusion of bath robes, and the drinks and snacks included in the kitchen were a lovely touch.

As much as I loved the place, I couldn't give it a 10 due to the noise. The windows are so thin that we truly believed a window was open with the level of street noise that bled through. We woke up several times through the night due to the street noise. When a place boasts soundproofing we were expecting a silent night and simply didn't have one.

Location excellent, spacious rooms

Mismatched glasses. Don’t think it’s too much to expect matching wine/water glasses. Stayed in room 101 which is next to an alley. Very noisy due to bins in constant use, woken at 6.45 by they washing windows?!? Not clear about parking, discount code can’t be used after you’ve parked at The Light and you have to prebook but give over an hours notice. Instead parked at The NCP the core on Albion street which was over 50% cheaper without discount and still £10 cheaper with it.

The receptionist was super helpful and welcoming. The rooms were outstanding, clean, fresh and a lovely place to be. It massively exceeded our expectations!

The instructions to find the car parking for the Suites is very difficult to follow and ended up with us driving down a bus lane. It says to look out for "115 pub on the Headrow" which is the smallest pub (also is now closed) and has half the signage missing for it. It should say there is an entrance opposite Miller & Carter as this is very easy to spot and would make it easier to find in future.

Right in the centre of the city. Very clean, comfortable, modern and spacious.

There was some info in the room re. a 25% discount on parking at ‘the light’ car park (just across the road) and you were to register your parking ticket at reception. We tried to do this when we checked out and were told you had to register this in advance. We weren’t told about this at check-in or when we booked the room. Staff at reception said they couldn’t help us. Parking cost us £29.

Everything was lovely, we wanted for nothing, there were nice luxuries e.g. coffee maker, dishwasher, dining table set out. Everything was clean & fresh, staff were friendly and helpful.

There are two seperate buildings which caused us a little confusion.

The apartments are very modern and stylish. I particularly liked the separate bedroom and kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The location is very walkable to everything. We walked to and from the Arena for a gig. Would recommend it to friends and family. Toiletries and amenities are top quality.

We went in the height of summer and the room was very hot. Fans are supplied they didn't have any impact. Thankfully not a common problem in this country.

My room was very clean and well appointed. I like the fact that the bedroom and living area are partitioned. Good quality toiletries and kitchen appliances. I would definitely stay here again.

Reception hours are limited and it was difficult to find the entrance. Hallway needed vacuuming. There was a smell in my room which I deduced was from the bins outside, but reception gave me air freshener which helped.

The accommodation, the space and the location. Also good value for money!

Our suite was a bit dark and located next to an access road, so was very noisy when refuse trucks visited early morning, and by revelers late at night. We had asked at reception for an iron on day 2 and clean towels on day 3, but unfortunately didn't receive either.

The location is excellent. The rooms are more than expected. However, we ordered cot for baby online, but we did not get it and the reception also did not inform us when we checked in. In general, highly recommended. Will book the same hotel again next time to Leeds, if there is an extra discount.
