I absolutely loved the location and freedom of staying here. The communication with staff was amazing, facilities were great. If I'm in Leeds again as a solo traveller or as a couple I'd book here. Everything was really clean, the instructions to gain access was really clear, bed very comfortable.

The only thing missing was a TV in the bedroom. I didn't mind this but had I been travelling with my husband he'd have struggled to sleep. Will keep in mind and bring our tablet next time. Would not put me off staying again.

The location was brilliant for pubs, shops and restaurants. Less than a 10 minute walk into Leeds Trinity area. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and it was very useful for us to be able to book a car park space underneath the building (as an add on). Communication from the agents was excellent - very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely meal at Ciao Bella which is right outside the apartment.

Not quite as spacious or light as I had expected but the accommodation was modern, clean and perfectly comfortable for a family of four and such a great location that we would definitely love to stay again!

The rooms were everything we could ask for!! a brilliant view of Leeds, looked beautiful at night, location was amazing at little Sainsbury’s and small restaurants just to the back of us and then a four minute walk to the clubs and bars on a night. The rooms were ridiculously spacious, all the cutlery and cooking utensils you could ever need. we were very surprised to find a dishwasher, even though none of us knew how to work one haha. there was also two large standing fans, ironing board, and washing machine. large comfy sofa and TV signed into Amazon Prime with a huge of pre purchased movies. This will definitely be a go to hotel any time we stay in Leeds, loved it

our one and only complaint is the bathroom.. it’s was not clean there’s was what looked to be some kind of ‘bodily function’ in the bath, it went away when we had a shower but it definitely was not a cleaning product. there’s was also quit a lot of black hair in the bathroom and we were all blondes. we didn’t find any other issues all the other rooms were spotless we just feel the main bathroom might have been missed or needed a 2nd go over

Clean and tidy property with good facilities. Local supermarket within a few minutes walk. Parking space (though this costs extra) beneath the building.

There were signs of wear and tear that hadn't been addressed - the shower in the en suite room had loose doors, bedside light didn't work. The arrangement of furniture in the bedrooms was a little odd too - lots of dead space in the rooms. Also, we booked a cot for our 10-month-old but weren't told in advance it would literally be just a small travel cot - no mattress or bedding, so we had to improvise.

very nice apartments and perfect location. Everything was clean and the staff are really friendly. highly recommended!

it was just the first day when it was sunny outside, we felt that the apartment was too warm and they could not provide us with a fan as there were just two fans per apartment (we used them for the two bedrooms, the living room had no fan) . but the rest of the week of our stay the weather was cooler so it was perfectly fine !

Location was good for walking to city centre and the apartment was modern. Service was prompt and answered questions quickly.

There was no coffee machine and the insides of some of the kitchen cupboards were not very clean. The quality of the bedsheets could be improved i.e, should be 100% cotton

Kspace is an impeccably maintained property. It is perfectly situated just outside Leeds City Centre, but only a few minutes walk will take you into the heart of everything. The property is a home from home, safe and fully equipped with everything you might needs for a few days or longer. The check in process was easy and the staff were responsive and friendly even though most of our communication was via messaging. I plan to return to Leeds regularly over the next few years and will definitely stay here again.

The area around the apartment is an up and coming area of Leeds with lots of development and building going on, however this did not detract from our stay.

excellent location, easy walking distance to everything. Great that parking was also available on site. Staff were brilliant and very helpful!

The sound proofing in the flat itself was poor so could hear when other guests got up even when they were trying to be very quiet! it was not as clean as I would expect, noticeably dusty etc which makes you question when it was last cleaned. we struggled to all be able to use a mirror to get ready, do hair and make up. not enough mirrors near plugs or low enough down for shorter guests.

Suite was lovely, parking was appreciated and hosts were very responsive and appreciated the connection thru What's App.

Sofa was VERY soft and a bit worn out and washer was complicated to figure out how to dry. Also couldn't figure out how to change Netflex to English (display was in German but audio was english so ok)
