I liked absolutely everything about this place clean tidy neat smart outstanding friendly staff showed me to my room which was clean smart freshly decorated very nice finishes far better than any Travelodge or box standard hotel I've ever stayed in. Impressive and definitely will be back.

There's nothing I can say I didn't like about the place.

Everywhere had clearly been refurbished to a high standard. My bedroom was immaculate along with the en-suite shower (including rain shower). Comfortable bar and good beer. Excellent cooked breakfast in the morning. Staff in both the evening and morning were friendly and helpful.

The car park is quite small and could be an issue although it was not a problem on my stay. It is also on a busy road although I heard very little traffic noise.

The location was good and even though on a fairly busy road it was quiet at night. The room had been refurbished to a high standard and was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was great and there was tea and coffee facilities in the room.

The bathroom was a bit small and didn't have a bin, there was just one wastepaper bin in the room. We could hear the noise from the pub below, though this stopped before we went to bed.

The room was spacious, light & airy, even though it is on a main road I had the best night sleep. The breakfast was amazing, everything was fresh and plentiful. I couldn’t rate this property highly enough.

There was nothing to dislike - I would just say, don’t judge a book by its cover as the interior is exceptional.

We enjoyed the room which was comfortable and clean. The bar downstairs had a pool table, darts and a friendly atmosphere. Though there was no food available the staff called a taxi to take us to Morley town centre which was only 5 minutes and £4.50 away. The cooked breakfast was good.

The room were clean and loads of space and storage . Plenty of tea and coffee in room and iron and ironing board and hairdryer supplied which was a lovely touch

Walls are very thin and could hear people in next room talking into the early hours

Breakfast was excellent , freshly cooked with a wide range of options.

Unfortunately we stayed on the evening that a Tribute Act was performing in the pub below our bedroom which meant it was difficult to get to sleep. However, that fault was of our own making; we should have done more research before booking.

The room was above a pub (probably the cleanest pub I've ever seen) with free parking, room was so clean and nicely decorated. Amenities were included, large TV, loads of storage room. Also included a largebreakfast, even vegan for me! Can't recommend more.

There was no toilet roll in the room, that's literally the only thing I could say!

It was a very nice room, the mattress was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was tasty and serve by very nice people. We ate at the pub that looks newly refurbished, very nicely decorated and (like the room) incredibly clean, considering how busy it was the night before.

It is a pub and the rooms are above it, there was life music and it it was incredibly noisy in the room until after midnight, it is also on a very busy road so we were woken up early by the traffic.
