Overall good value for money. The hotel is very well located (especially if you have a focus on west and central London) and the area feels (very) safe. Rooms are in different houses (located next to each other at the same street) giving it a bit of an apartment feel. Breakfast is included, and while it's no 'Hilton-style breakfast' buffet it's adequate and well organised. It's more akin to a breakfast you would have at home (coffee/ tea, toast, bread and some yoghurt), in other words: more than sufficient to get you going for the day. Staff is working hard and friendly. Rooms where cleaned each day.
Rooms are located in different houses, so our experience might differ from the other places. In all fairness the houses and rooms are not the most modern, but they are clean and adequate for their goal (having a good night sleep in London). They're not very large and I felt the bathroom could need a bit of an update (water of the shower drained slowly). Since you 'share' the house with other guests it also depends on others if there's a lot of noise (The rooms aren't super wel isolated) Luckily, we didn't had that problem, and I assume there's a way to complain if there would be. In short: If you are planning to spend a lot of time in your room then this hotel might not be the best choice, but why would you when you are in London ;)

the staff were friendly and the place was clean. our rooms were cleaned almost every day except for when we requested otherwise, with the sheets changed. the water pressure was good when showering and the bathroom was incredibly clean.
the location was very noisy, with emergency services going past every single night, throughout the night, with lights and sirens, although this had nothing to do with the hotel. the shower itself was still usable, although it was broken and hanging out of the holder in the ceiling. the sink was slightly disconnected and we could see the pipes, though again, it didn't cause any issues.

The room was clean and most of the stuff wasn't old. There was a mini fridge and a kettle with tea and instant coffee. The staff was really pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was really good - there was bread, cereal, yogurt, various jams, Nutella, sweet pastries,... We loved the access to public transportation - there was a bus stop in front of the hotel and five underground lines nearby with direct access to the Heathrow airport and the city centre. There is also a big shopping centre nearby and a Tesco very close to the hotel.
Some stuff was a bit old or malfunctional - the TV had bad signal and one of the window handles was broken. It was a bit cold, but it wasn't a problem for us. The hotel is on a busy road and there was some reconstruction going on, but it wasn't a problem for us.

The location is very good. The buses stop right outside the hotel. There are several restaurants in the area and also several grocery stores. There was a fridge in the room. The breakfast was ok. The staff were very good.
The room was ok. The bathroom was very small. If you have to sit on the toilet, the sink gets in the way. You had to sit at an angle to do what you were supposed to do there. The fridge made a lot of noise, which was a bit annoying. It also got very hot on the side, while at other times it was cold there. There was also some noise from the street outside even though the window was facing the backyard. I was glad I had earplugs to block out the sound.

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at Hotel 65. The cleanliness was impeccable, with daily housekeeping ensuring a spotless environment. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The beds were comfortable, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The hotel's location is excellent, being approximately a 10-minute walk to the nearest tube stations and a mere 12-minute walk to Olympia London. The continental breakfast was sufficient, offering a good variety of products. Freshly toasted bread, coffee, tea, and juice were readily available with refill options. Considering the amenities and services provided, the value for money was outstanding.
This is not so much a complaint as a note for future visitors: the hotel is not newly renovated and does show signs of long-term use. However, this does not detract from the quality of the services offered, which remain excellent despite the age of the facilities.

I had read the reviews , some of the negative ones mentioned lack of cleanliness, stairs and noise. I knew it was on a main raid but we were at the back so no problem with noise. The stairway , room and bathroom were very clean .The room was cleaned and towels changed on second day. There were coffee and tea facilities and even a fridge and shower gel and soaps provided. We were only there for 2 nights and hardly in the room so was perfect for our needs. We booked week in advance so got a good price too.
Very little. There was a communal toilet next door which would have been useful to have known and used. More milk sachets in bedroom

Hotel 65 is spread over several buildings. I had a room across the street from the main building. The room was very quiet, we were not bothered by the other guests. The room is small but neat, and has a great bathroom. I also had breakfast which was included in the room rate. Breakfast was excellent. There was plenty of everything, bread spreads, boiled eggs, sweet rolls, jam, peanut butter, chocolate paste. And choice of coffee or tea. Furthermore, the hotel is located between several metro stations, namely Hammersmith Broadway and Shepherds Bush, Goldhawk Road, Shepherds Bush market.

Nice good in Shepherds Bush area. Room was okay. One of the staff was very friendly. Room had a kettle, tea, cups, that was very nice. overall for London good value for money. And hotel was clean, that is very important.
Sink did not work much. One guy at the reception was nice, helpful, the other one wasn't. Unfortunately the other one was during the afternoon, when we needed to check the sink. Also heater (hotel timing of heater) was not working one night. Hotel's area is under some reconstruction, so maybe when it is finished some aspects of hotel improve is well.

The room was quiet and comfortable. Just what I needed after a long day at the Book Fair.
I wish breakfast had started a little earlier. There wasn't quite enough time to eat and then get to the show by the time exhibitors were expected to arrive. I understand, of course, that my situation was probably not the common one. Also, a more convenient outlet for phone charging would have been nice. However, these are very small imperfecgtions.

The location was really great, perfect for transport links to major tourist attractions. The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. It was really great to have the free breakfast available every morning.
The wifi did not reach everywhere in the room (New Century Inn) so we could not access it for the time we were there. The pillows were a bit flat but the staff were nice enough to give us extra when we asked.
