I loved the excellent and super helpful staff. The rooms and building were exceptionally clean. The staff always greeted us and asked about our stay and if we needed anything. I loved the breakfast that was including. They had cereal, yogurt, oatmeal and the made to order eggs, toast and beans. I wish there was an AC but that’s England and we unfortunately went at the hottest time ever. The staff also helped with our broken fridge and even carried a bigger one upstairs so we could have one that is cold. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone that wants to stay in England. It’s also about 10 minute walk to three different underground stations and is close to Westfield a lovely mall.

No AC, but I spoke with staff who mentioned they would like to try and get AC’s in the future.

I was happy with my stay in this hotel. It is conveniently located to transport links and is within walking distance of Hammersmith. It is situated on a nice street, namely Shepherds Bush Street, with buses passing by conveniently. My room was a twin room and was pretty comfortable with a good shower. The tv offered plenty of stations. Breakfast was good. The staff were friendly, and overall it was a relaxing place to stay. The price for a weekend night was certainly on the more affordable side for a big city like London. For a short stay, a good place to stay.

Having stayed a number of times at this hotel, this was the best. The room I was allocated was a big improvement on previous stays. It just had a better feel about it. The staff as ever are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is more than adequate. The shower was good and the tv offered lots of choice. I like the location of the hotel, perfectly located for access to public transport. The road on which it is located is quite nice with plenty of eateries to choose from. You are within walking distance of Hammersmith. I look forward to my next visit.

Friendly staff and a good breakfast. Very convenient location. Shepherds Bush is a nice part of London. Compact and comfortable. Good housekeeping. We would definitely stay again if we are going to see a band again at Shepherds Bush Empire as it is so close. (The reason we chose it) There is a good choice of places to eat - we went to Brew Dog which was great.

Didn't enjoy being on the top floor with no lift! Would request a first floor room next time as we are not Spring chickens.

The room was clean and very comfortable, There was always hot water, the heating worked, we had a hair dryer and a refrigerator. Wi-Fi works perfectly, which was quite a surprise considering our experiences in some other London hotels. The staff was amazing, so nice, friendly and helpful! The location is great, especially if you're visiting the Fair (Olympia), you need 9 minutes walk along a beautiful alley. It's also close to Hammersmith Underground Station (10 minute or less walk), so it's well connected to Heathrow Airport and all other parts of the city. If you want to go shopping, Westfield Shopping Centre is also very close (10 minutes walk). I will definitely be staying at this hotel again when in London, and I have already recommended it to all my colleagues and friends.

Everything was perfect. Even if I wanted to, I can't find any objections.

Nice, tidy and modern room, much better than a lot of rooms I've stayed in around London as they tend to be old and needing done up. This one was freshly painted and decorated with a modern look. About 5 mins walk to the Tube station and lots of shops nearby

The check-in reception is a bit tricky to find..had to figure it out myself so that instruction could have been better..please message them to get the address for reception.

- Friendly and accomadating staff - Reception desk available 24/7 - Clean - Brilliant breakfast with a large selection of options - Fridge in the room - Comfortable beds - Plenty of space and storage - Room has preserved it's beautiful Georgian architecture

- TV aerial was snapped. - There was a smell of cigarette smoke in our room, mainly in the bathroom. It wasn't super strong but noticeable. - Shower door was very stiff and was a struggle to close it. [Staff were very kind and professional about the minor problems]

The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was great, we were offered eggs, toast and beans and there was a spread of cold food such as yogurts, fruit and cereal. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was quite small, which was fine for one or two nights but I would want more space for a longer stay. The location is by a busy, noisy road, it was fine with the window closed, however in the summer with the window open would have been quite loud.

Very helpful and kind staff, great location, modern, clean bathroom

I was a guest with my colleague, which means that there were two women and one mirror :)))) it's just a suggestion, last year we were in a room that had two mirrors (one in the bathroom, one in the room) and it was much easier in the morning when we had to get ready and put on our make-up

Reasonable price for room, great internet connection, variety of breakfast options. Have stayed here many times and have already booked two more times for later this year. Reasonable timings for checking in and out, key card system works well. Available in office/reception 24hrs. Close for train/tube stations. Great facilities in room, used fridge, kettle and microwave and helped for which food we could get before going out in the evening.

Some sockets didn’t work in room, one light hanging off wall next to bed. Couldn’t shut the window properly but managed to lock it open enough.
