location breakfast was ok the large walk in bathroom good choice of towels comfty bed the helpful staff shower easy to use and a great fridge

not keen on the ground floor for the extra money paid i thought a view over the park would be better needs a blackout curtain woken by blue flashing blue police light from road no bed side cabinet would be good to have info in room eg breakfast times wifi code etc no spoon in the room but never mind

It was close to the O2 Empire, which was perfect for us. The area is brilliant, and the staff was really friendly, and even let us check in a little early. Very much appreciated. Room was spacious. Good size for 3 people.

A couple of small issues - the shower had almost no pressure. After a long day, a nice hot shower would've been perfect, but as it was, you were done in 2 minutes. The real problem, though, was that there was no thermostat or indoor heating, so in early November, the rooms got really cold.. Neither was a major problem, but worth knowing.

The hotel is very very clean, the ladies/gentlemen were very helpful, and I found everything that I needed close to the hotel (metro, huge shopping-center, supermarkets, several different restaurants and pubs). The wifi was perfect and this was very important for me since I was in a long-stay work trip. The architecture around is nice. No doubt that I could stay here in my next (work or holiday) visit to London.

staff very helpful breakfast was fine room spotless good shower the fridge was very welcome so was the fan it was remote control which was a nice touch location was good had a vue cinema right on the doorstep no need to drag all the way to lecister square good bus route as the tube was on strike on tuesday there are two parts to the hotel basic and more upmarket for basic it was outstanding i would expect less for basic but seemed great for me what i call basic is a dump but this was far from that the finish in the room was top class except for the lack of room in the toilet perhaps the other part of the hotel had all the things that this one didnt the other hotel was next door so you had to leave the basic hotel and go into the other one for breakfast the breakfast room was also spotless but you only got two pieces of toast so if you used one piece with your fried egg you only had one left for your jam same goes for the pot of tea you only had one cup from the teapot to stay at the upmarket hotel was more money but i think i might give this a go in the future just to compare the two

toilet was very small i am a little guy and i even had a job to turn round in it spare blanket would have been good perhaps they only issue them in the winter no biscuits no view from window needs a curtain to close not just a piece of net perhaps its because there was building work outside and it may have become dirty

TV, fridge and fan in the room. Close to the tube station. Big enough shower although I didn't use it so can't say about the temperature or pressure. Staff seemed very nice and there was an option for breakfast

The bathroom needs a bit of a refurbishment as there appears to be mould, although due to no window this can't really be helped. Great to have a hairdryer in the bathroom but it does look old fashioned. Mattress is a bit thin Could hear a family next door who kept coming in and out of their rooms into the hallway and chatting at midnight very clearly. Once they were in their rooms though, couldn't hear them at all but that's people being inconsiderate rather than the fault of the hotel

For a budget hotel this was great. only 5 minutes walk to the tube station. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The £10 a day parking was excellent value. The room was quite basic but clean. We had an accidental spill on the duvet cover on our first night. We came back from sightseeing the next day and found the bedding had been changed by housekeeping which was incredibly kind of them when we were only staying two nights. OYO Grantly Hotel is an excellent choice for the solo traveller. The hotel is located very near to the Shepherd's Bush station and the Westfield Shopping Centre. There are also mini marts and pubs footsteps away from this location. The staff was very friendly, helpful and made me feel at home. Even though this is a small hotel, the staff works very hard in keeping it up to standard. The building and rooms are all very charming and kept clean! I highly recommend this location!

Friendly check -in. All staff were welcoming and helpful. The location is superb - 2 minutes from Shepherd's Bush Empire. 5 minutes from underground/overground. The room was a great size and comfortable. Soft fluffy towels. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The breakfast provides a good start to the day. Self serve cereals and fruit juice while everything else is table service (tea/coffee) toast, eggs cooked to order). Fantastic value for money.

A lot of stairs up to our room and a lot of stairs down to the breakfast room. This was not an issue for our party but it is something to take into consideration if you have mobility issues. The breakfast did not cater for a plant based diet. The vegan member of our party had a meagre breakfast in comparison to the rest of us.

I was able to park right in front on the building, check in at a time after 9pm that suited my agenda. I knew the 9m2 single was going to be compact because of the ideal location just down from Westfield’s, but I didn’t expect a fridge, kitchen sink as well as a good sized desk. I was able to take virtual meeting until check out and then continue in relative (frankly near total) privacy in the foyer of the far left building (facing the hotel). I was able to additionally benefit after check out using the parking and WiFi for my onward travel plans.

Such good value for money. The room was clean with comfortable bed, small kitchen area and great shower room. Check in was quick, staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was lovely. The hotel is well situated for the tube station and a small walk away from the Westfield shopping centre. Lots of places to eat near by and cinemas etc. I really enjoyed my stay & will definitely be coming back next time in London.

For the money I couldn’t fault.
