Clean and pleasant environments close to excel and city for tourists to visit.

Probably due to fire doors, every time some one close a door close by, we would feel the vibration in our room. Had a sleepless night. Expensive parking, I recommend for guest staying more than 1 night the parking should be free or a one night/day charge should be applied not per day. We stayed 2 nights hence paid for 2 days parking @ £30.

All was good, ambience, staff etc.

But unfortunatley there were no Halal Foods (For Muslims) and secondly there was now Toilet shower available in room.

Clean room, sheets, towels and bathroom. Good restaurants with plenty of choices. Friendly staff.

Access to and from the hotel not very friendly due to construction works around the premises.

The room was large and the bathroom was separate. The room was cosy and the air conditioning was fantastic. The bed was comfy and the pillows were good. The room was equipped with an iron and ironing board which was a nice touch. There were also two water bottles in the room and more were brought up when we requested them.

The shower gel dispenser in the bathroom was broken and we couldn't access the shower gel which was disappointing. The bed was comfy but noisy. The tv didn't have a casting function as there was no wireless connection. There was no decaf tea in the room and breakfast was £17.99 per person which is excessive.

The bed was very comfortable and the room had a lovely bathroom. There is also a huge TV in the room. However, I couldn't get online to watch the boxing. The hotel is clean and nice, and they gave us very tasty complimentary chocolate cookies.

The £50 deposit is inconvenient, and it takes up to 30 days for the deposit to be reimbursed. I often stay at hotels, and in my experience, this is not common practice. It is unfortunate, as this will most likely affect my decision to stay at this hotel again. The online feature on the TV didn't seem to work as we wanted to watch the boxing. However, I did not report this to the reception.

We were given a room with a viee of the london city airport and could barely hear the take off which was amazing. The location of the hotel was very convenient, easy to get to O2 Arena and very close to London Excel. The area was nice and quiet too.

The room was a bit dirty when we checked in. There was a use dental floss on the bedside table, room was not hoovered properly and a bit dusty, the notepad was already used by a previous guests. I requested if something can be done to the room for my boyfriend’s birthday and unfortunately nothing was done instead we were given a not so clean room.

I came here for Valentine’s Day 2025, what I really liked was the warm welcoming greeting upon arrival, the complimentary valentines sweets as well as the complimentary Cookies, Which were absolutely amazing!! so amazing that I asked Irene (A lady that works there) if I could have another & she gave me more than just one cookie which was really really nice and myself and partner really enjoyed. She was also really wonderful in helping me with my charger that I had left in my hotel room an hour after checking out. Irene located my charger and had it ready and waiting for me at the front desk :) room was clean and spacious bed was comfy and other guest in the hotel were friendly.

That there isn’t a mini fridge in the room

Breakfast had a good selection,room was comfortable and quiet. Staff at reception on check in super friendly and helpful. Short 5min walk to the next bus station for transport links.

Would have liked to have the option to pay for just continental breakfast or full english, and the only thing that was a let down was the scrambled egg,it looked like it had been blended before cooking and had a rubbery feel to it,which put us off after trying it on the first morning. The reading lights were not able to be operated separately which was a bit annoying as one had to get out of bed to switch them on/off and then walk back in the dark,but these were only little things.

The room was spacious and very clean and tidy, the beds were large and comfortable for twin beds, the hotel was very nice and in a good location for our event to the London ExCel, very close to nearby train stations for easy access to London Central. The breakfast was really good with a massive selection of pastry’s, yogurts and cooked breakfast, the bar area is very nice and we enjoyed a drink in the evening and the staff are very friendly and welcoming! The cleaners did a great job during our stay and came back to our room later on in the day as we were in when they originally wanted to do it. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The noise of the air conditioning wouldn’t turn off even when we switched it off on the wall, which affected our sleep, but nothing too major.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with the reception staff very welcoming. The hotel was good value for money.

Unfortunately, we had an adjoining room playing extremely loud music and shouting down the hallway. Whilst this is not the fault of the hotel or staff, it does show that there is sound travel between the rooms and staff need to pay better attention to noise disturbances within the hotel and resolve in a timely manner. The onsite restaurant and bar were very good with decent food options, however, they did lack sufficient allergen information for the breakfast in particular, and improvements could be made.
