Absolutely lovely stay, my room was on the ground floor and was super quiet and peaceful, the staff were extremely kind, helpful and welcoming. I will definitely be returning, thank you Team Fox Connaught! 🦊

I recently stayed at the Fox Connaught Hotel in London and had a great experience. The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to key attractions and transport links. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the bed ensured a good night's sleep. The staff Poli and Polina were friendly and attentive, making check-in and any requests effortless. I also enjoyed the breakfast and the bar area for a relaxing evening drink. Overall, it’s a great value for the price, and I’d highly recommend it for anyone visiting London.

The Wi-Fi was terrible and the rooms were cold.

The staff were very helpful and polite, nothing too much trouble. 20% off all food and drink was a bonus. Food is very good and nice selection. Free carpark.is ideal. Its position is ideal for the Excel, O2 or into London by tube. OK, it's a little tiered but we emoted a comfortable night's sleep. When you consider what you may based any other place around you get what you paid for. Would use it again.

It's a little tired and the shower was bad and could do with replacing and the room was clean but the stairs etc could do with a spruce up.

Brilliant links to central London and easy to find. The hotel was also a pub which I didn’t realise when booking but a happy accident. Food was nice there and prices reasonable. The bed was really comfortable and the room was nice and big. Room could have done with a little bit of love but overall was great and well worth the price.

The room could have done with a little more love, was clean but a couple of bits like deteriorating paint on the walls and a bit of chewing gum trodden into the carpet. Bathroom had some water marks on the walls and I couldn’t figure out how to get hot water from the shower but was still absolutely fine for what we paid.

Lovely staff, were very helpful and kind. Even helped take delivery of something I needed for the convention at the excel- despite the label being a bit confusing! Excellent location for the con centre, and for the price we paid, exactly what we wanted. The restaurant and pub beneath were great, really nice breakfast. All was clean and tidy.

The shower was a bit dodgy, wouldn't stay hot for particularly long. The internet connection was also quite weak in the room we had. Decor was a little tired, but for convention trips I don't think that matters at all- the positives far outweighed that, for us.

The Fox is within walking distance from the Excel Center and London City Airport. I can have a full day at the trade show got out for dinner, walk to my room and to my plane the next morning. It is a Pub with rooms atop so nothing fancy. My bed was great, I had WiFi in my room and enjoyed a long hot shower.

The breakfast was very continental and rather plain. You could ask for extras, and the personal was happy to help, but the choices were limited. The view from my room was onto a highway onramp, but I have not spend enough time in my room to appreciate it.

The room was very basic but still more then enough since we were only present to sleep. It was really clean and more then comfy. Personal safe, iron, watercooker,... Beds were good and extra pillows present. Poly was our sweetest guestlady, caring, loving and helpfull. So were the other staff members.. The food in the bar was good and at good price (plus 20% discount as hotel guests) Connection to downtown London was easy with DLR and took about 15 to 20 minutes. Walk to the Prince regent station was between 5 to 10 minutes. Taking an Oyster card is a great help

No breakfast but we had plenty of space in our room to enjoy our own breakfast and we had a portable cooler. We went to the local grocery shop. Tip would be a mini fridge in the room

The bed was comfortable and it wasn’t noisy. 20% off in the pub is such a great perk and there’s a good range of drinks and it has a good atmosphere. Provision of towels was appreciated and car park a useful option. Good location - 5 min walk to DLR.

I understand that the room size may vary but friends who had also booked for the same night (and booked the room at the same time) had a room that was almost twice the size of ours with extra provisions (ironing board, iron, extra chair). We wouldn’t have minded if the price was different but we paid the same amount for a much smaller room with less to offer. Our room smelled of old smoke.

Lovely big and clean room, friendly and helpful staff and convenient for the Excel. Great value for money too. I didn’t eat, but the food menu looked good and you get a discount if you’re staying.

There’s no lift so bear that in mind if you have a lot of luggage! It’s near the Excel but still a 15 or so minute walk to Custom House which was the entrance I needed (I imagine the east entrance is only a 5 or so minute walk)

We loved every bit of our stay at the Fox Connaught. The staff were all so lovely and friendly. The food was amazing. Nice cold drinks. The atmosphere in the pub was great, You could just come in, have dinner and enjoy it. Nice and relaxed. Rooms were very clean, big enough for a couple and the beds were very comfortable just what we needed after a very long flight. We would definitely stay here again if we ever came back
