This was a great stay. The suite we booked was beautiful and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Best hotel breadkfast ever.

A member of staff used their passkey and entered the room withouth knocking first. We were getting dressed. Our breakfast order was wrong 3 times. The staff were apologetic and responded very well. The breakfast was excellent. The dining room is a little dark for breakfast due to the construction of the building. Artificial light was kept to a minimum, I appreciated that.

This is a beautiful hotel that perfectly captures the charm of London. The location is excellent with several sights at walking distance and a tube station very close by. The rooms may be slightly small but the excellent staff makes up for it. Starting with the bell staff receiving you to the desk staff all are cheerful and helpful. Special mention of Amaan at the reception who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable even changing our room when we needed to. Concierge Andrew helped us with all our dinner reservations so we could experience the best of what the city has to offer. Exceptional service at this hotel. Our package included a continental breakfast which was great. For eggs to order etc one has to order a la carte. The rooms are comfortable and bathrooms are very good. Overall a good choice to stay in the heart of the city.

The location is superb for the things we wanted to do and see. The staff was so welcoming; the concierge very helpful; and the interior design is a delight. I also appreciated that they had a Pride flag hanging out front.

The only small details I can think of are that one of the two “flush” options on our toilet was non-functional, but it worked just fine. My friend cannot eat gluten and breakfast did not have quite as many options for her as she has experienced other places (without ordering something at an additional cost) but it worked just fine.

The reception staff was very welcoming and fast in handling. I was provided with all the necessary information. I also liked the bell boys as they were very caring and helpful. I was introduced by the supervisors and managers in case I might need any further assistance - very accommodating approach.

I think the breakfast waiting staff should be trained more a bit for service and customer care to match with the hotel's high standards. While I had my breakfast there were many of them but not the service was not well organized. Continental breakfast was excellent quality though.

The hotel is perfectly placed for shopping on New Bond Street and Oxford Street. It’s also very close to the park, so is very quiet. We could slip into the park with our young children very easily to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Food and service was excellent. The children even had their own toiletries provided. We had our regular babysitter come in and look after the children so we could enjoy a meal in the hotels 4 rosette restaurant. She was made to feel welcome and was personally shown how to find our room and the easiest exit with the pram.

The lifts are smaller than average size, so the pram would not fit. But it was easily stored on the ground floor during the day time and was collapsed at night to go in the lift to our room.

First there is one thing I would love to say, during our stay at Flemings Mayfair we had a family emergency and unfortunately we had to leave the property early, when we explain the situation for the reception we could get refund for one night ( we booked directly from the hotel) and also credit for 3 nights ( we booked from booking.com) and it was not just about money it was about their understanding and caring about us. I would love to thank the Flemings Mayfair Hotel's management and staff for that matter. Now about the hotel itself, the building was an old cute one and they did a really nice job inside to transform it to a small size boutique hotel which I loved, we loved the location as well, it was very central also very safe and vibrant with lost of cafés and restaurants around. Short walking distance to Piccadilly Circus and Soho and also Buckingham palace. The room was comfortable and very clean with a nice simple and elegant design. I definitely come back and stay here again :)

The room was a bit small but it is very common in Europe as the space is not that big specially in old building so we didn't mind.

Nothing. Except our room had only window out to enclosed service shaft,(with constant hum of vent or heating flue) but have to accept that some rooms will have this aspect by very nature of building. Would choose another room if returning

The staff were extremely nice and always helpful. For example, we first got a really loud room , however once we asked the staff moved us to a room on a higher floor that was quiet and very cozy. The hotel is a small, boutique sized hotel with quaint bedrooms and overall very clean interiors. The location is amazing, it is steps away from Hyde Park and Green Park and a 10 minute walk from Oxford Street through Mayfair. There was a decent sized gym.
