Our stay was amazing, the staff were helpful and very attentive. The breakfast was also very good and delicious. The location was wonderful, Mayfair is a great spot to stay in London.

The property and rooms were a bit outdated and the furniture is not up to standard for a “five star” hotel, but we enjoyed our stay none the less.

Excellent area

Some rooms which should accommodate 3 adults are standard rooms, to tight for an extra bed. I stayed in 2 rooms, different floors/areas and both of them with windows to the interior side (the hotel is like a square). Not nice view, noisy from some installations.

•I booked 3 rooms me and my family, two of the rooms was upgraded for us. •the Staff was extremely friendly and supportive. •Location is perfect, easy to reach most attractions by walk. • Rooms are big enough compared to most of the hotels in London. • I liked the housekeeping service, water fresh towel are always provided to me without even asking • Gym was excellent with different facilities • I’ve been given a free late check out tell 2 pm ( Thanks to Epoorva ). overall we enjoyed our stay and I think to visit the same hotel whenever we visit London. 👍🏻

Nothing at all.

The hotel is in an excellent location, within 15-25 minutes walking distance to many (historical) sights, major museums, top restaurants. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, the restaurant is outstanding in the morning with Pauline's excellent performance. The breakfast is plentiful and the selection is of good quality. The room was clean, bright, and quiet. The bar had a wide choice of drinks and the music was of a high standard but sometimes too loud.

The room had a minibar, but it was always empty. The service in the restaurant was a little slow at dinner time, the size of the wagyu offered as a main course was not big enough for an appetizer, the meat was of A4 quality as stated on the menu.

This is an excellent hotel in the very heart of London. I could find nothing about our room or the hotel itself to complain about and the breakfast was absolutely exceptional. Service was excellent and the staff were friendly.

This hotel has a policy of requesting a pre-authorisation on a payment card of the room rate plus £125 per day for chargeable expenses. It took a number of days after checking-out to have the additional sum removed from my bank account. This information is included as it is not apparent from the hotel website that this is their policy. It did not detract in any way from our enjoyment and how luxurious and nice this hotel.

The hotel foyer and bar were beautiful and so clean. Staff were very friendly and we had a lovely room. I was visiting for my partners birthday and they gave us a free drink in the bar, chocolates and a bottle of sparkling wine in the room which truely made our visit special. We also had room service for breakfast the following morning which was pricey but delicious. The value for money was excellent and I would definitely stay again.

The breakfast room service was very expensive, but I guess the going rate for a London hotel. We encountered one member of staff who was a bit abrupt and went to tell us off for having drinks in the foyer, when actually all we were doing was passing through to the lift having already asked the bar staff if we could take them to our room. However everyone else we came across was so friendly.

Great location. Close to Piccadilly/Soho, within walking distance of Hyde Park. Lots of nearby restaurants and bars. The bed was very comfortable and the air con worked to perfection. The room was spacious.

We asked for a twin room but we were given a double bed. We asked for a quiet room. We could hear music from the bar. We couldn't have a drink in the bar either night we stayed there. The card machine couldn't accept our bank cards when we checked in and worked everywhere else. The curtains in the room didn't work well. Our room looked onto a stairwell, zero view.

Location was the best thing about this hotel, everything is near by, and the under ground station is just around the corner. Rooms were big for London. Also check in and check out process was fast and easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a supermarket just in front of the hotel. I would stay again in the same hotel.

One of the main things that i did not like was the hash smell in the rooms next to you. Also the lifts are limited for such a big hotel and very slow. Also I was not given the room that I booked but was given an extra bed free of charge.

The location was excellent, easy walking distance to the tube stop, to Fortnum and Mason and the stores along Piccadilly. The room was comfortable for our 10 day stay and it was convenient to have the mini fridge to store left overs we had from tea. Also, the room was very quiet which was great for sleeping.

The carpeting in the room and hallways could use some updating. The design of the bowl sinks in the bathroom would cause water to splash out over the counter when the tap was turned on.

I liked the location and we had a little bit of a hitch with the room I booked wasn’t as expected bot then I called reception., And Reuben has answered Reuben was so helpful Ruben is absolutely amazing Reuben made our stay worth it. he upgraded us to the family room and gave us a complimentary breakfast. the fact is i’m coming back to the hotel because of Ruben. his customer care service is top notch. that guy is too good. he is exactly the kind of man every company should employ. shout out to him. if you ever Stay at the hotel and have a problem just asked for Reuben and he will sort it out. infact he made my family happy

I didn’t like the king room I booked as it wasn’t a child proof safe.
