The room was large enough. The bathroom was of decent size, too, with everything necessary present. Minor problems were addressed swiftly. The location is close to at least two tube stations, though you have to walk about ten minutes; there is also a bus stop right at the hotel. The breakfast was fulfilling, with enough room to accommodate everyone. The staff was very helpful.

Only a few small shelves in the room, no wardrobe, no safe. The window could not be opened, and the ventilation/AC made air too dry and also produced weird noises often. I would appreciate more light in the room. The breakfast was always the same, with very little choice.

The hotel is located outside the busy touristy area, but it offers a good variety of commute options (via bus - stop 3mins away; tube - station 10 minutes away; river boat - 30 minutes away). The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the 2nd building - which required going outside from the main one (where breakfast was served) - it was ok during summer, but it might be inconvenient in winter. The room wasn't big (there were 4 of us), however we didn't spend much time there so it didn't bother us. The shower was huge.

The breakfast was the same every day (scrambled eggs, beans, sausage, bacon), without a selection of cheese or ham and very limited selection vegetables. There was limited storage place for clothes - no wardrobe (just 6-7 hangers) or shelves (just a small desk under the TV). The overall number of hooks for hanging the towels also didn't match the room's maximum capacity.

Very spacious paid parking garage next door, good location, have access to multiple (not far away) underground stations (in order of distance: West Brompton, West Kensington, and Fulham Broadway). Many small shops around, better shops/restaurants can be found around Fulham Broadway, and Stamford Bridge.

room really too small, no space to leave suitcase on the ground, window can not really be opened. Though close to multiple underground station, still takes quite some minutes to walk to (West Brompton 8 minutes, Fulham Broadway 15minutes)

Very very helpful, friendly & active staff. Rooms good size compared to what central London hotels offer. My suggestion is always choose proper 3, 4 or 5 star hotel & not booking com 's own rated. Holiday inn is proper 3 star hotel. Daily room making. Lots of halal & other restaurants around in the area. Co-OP, Poundland, Tesco, Iceland, Savers, pharmacies, barbers, close by. Bus stations adjacent to hotel. Underground stations 8 minutes walk. Parking available. TV size 32 inch LCD, corner single seater sofa, table& chair.

Breakfast options were limited. Only one type of egg i.e. scrambled eggs. Bath Exhaust fan was loud & runs 24 hours, not a problem when you close the bath door. No cabinet for clothing, just a corner space with few hangers & no iron to press the clothes. No drinking water bottles on arrival & none supplied during the stay. A useless queue at the breakfast. Not everyone is picking everything, so point of queue. Kids running around & parents have not control, annoying.

It was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the impeccable service and attention to detail displayed by the entire team. The first thing that struck me was the warm and welcoming atmosphere upon entering the hotel. The staff at the reception desk greeted me with genuine smiles and made the check-in process swift and effortless. Their professionalism and efficiency were truly commendable. Throughout my stay, the hotel team consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Whether it was the concierge providing valuable local insights or the housekeeping staff maintaining my room immaculately, their dedication to delivering exceptional service was evident in every interaction. In conclusion, my experience at this hotel exceeded all expectations. The outstanding team, with their genuine warmth and exceptional service, truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a remarkable hospitality experience. I ca

We stayed at an Annex building next to the main building. The hotel staffs are so friendly, and they were kind enough to lead and show us to the entrance of an Annex building. We are two adults and 2 children. The room are just the right size, neither too large nor too small for just stay for sleeping. The location of the hotel is a little far from the nearest Piccadilly and District lines' station, but the bus stop is close by, so I did not feel inconvenienced. Tesco Express are located 10min walk from the hotel, that is also remarkable. Breakfast was great in terms of quantity and quality at the room rate, but it was crowded and mostly full in the day, so I would recommend going there early in the day.

The room entrance door was badly fixed and it was difficult to get into the room, but not so severe. I saw other travelers had the same problem as we experienced. It should be fixed. Overall atmosphere around the hotel is quiet, but we felt a bit unsafer than especially at night.

The location was easy to find, excellent for the event we were attending and a short walk from at least 2 Tube stations for connections back into London. When we first checked in, just before 3pm, we could hear loud drilling from outside our room. The staff at check-in advised that the construction work ends at 5pm but, as we wanted to relax straight away, the very helpful manager (a blonde lady, I think her name was Mariella?) quickly arranged for us to be moved to a room in the annex building which was lovely and quiet. The room was comfortable, and there was a decent level of water pressure in the shower. Breakfast in the morning was hot and very tasty. The price was excellent for London, especially considering the proximity to Earl's Court and the Olympia.

Queues for the coffee machine at breakfast were quite long. An extra machine might help to speed the process up.

Spotlessly clean room, excellent airco. The bed was really comfortable and the hotel was really quiet. Staff were super professional, friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again

The breakfast area was a bit of a free for all. A quiet leisurely breakfast it was not. I think sectioning off the food area might prevent small children running through the area where hot beverages were being carried and perhaps a defined circulation pattern to avoid people bumping into each other and leaning across each other for the same item would make it easier. The hot food should have been hotter. It didn't detract from the hotel as I was not staying long anyway.

the staff were all very polite and willing to help. Breakfast was very good ( adequate variety offered , quick refills, no queuing- except sometimes for the coffee). The location was overall good ( 2 near underground stations, bus also. few busses. In particular we used bus 74 a lot, as it was almost outside the hotel and went to many of the main visiting spots / attractions, offering a great view of the city) ( note: if you want to return to the hotel however during the day and leave again , a more central location may be more convenient especially if you have children ) Overall our stay was very pleasant and for the price offered I found the value - money balance excellent

Consider adding an extra lamp if possible ( it was relatively dark in the room even with all the lights on ) . Also the rooms were quite small for a family of four , but I understand this cannot change

Large rooms with comfortable beds and even two pillow styles (soft and firm) to choose from! The windows in the rooms isolate very well against the street noise - you hear nothing! Decent-sized shower. Overall, rooms are well-maintained and mostly intelligently designed.

The breakfast room can get very crowded and noisy (especially around the weekend and mid-morning). Bathrooms are more of a minimal style; could use a bit of an upgrade and more maintenance.
