Great location very close to Paddington station and great English breakfast. Most of the staff was very helpful. Room with twin beds.

The curtains would not shut fully to block the early morning son because one panel was falling off of its rod. We had to ask 3 times before they were fixed. They also did not provide a blanket when I asked the morning staff that to switch my duvet for a blanket and a top sheet.

- Location was very convenient, a few minutes walk to Paddington train station and main bus lines. - Breakfast was good, standard as what you would expect for an English breakfast (fried egg, beans, sausage, bacon, toasts) - Staffs were very nice and friendly and most importantly patience

- Shower and toilet was not dirty but could be more polished - would recommend to wear used clothes to go for breakfast and change before going out for a day trip. We were smelled of fries and food after breakfast

Only a few minutes walk from Paddington Station. Had a large lift. Full English Breakfast. Number of restaurants to choose from in the same street. We chose a small Double Room and it was that, but the price for London was good.

Good location, close to underground and train stations. Peacefull, clean rooms. Nice neighbourhood.

Not enough sitting space at breakfas for all the guests. We skipped all days of breakfast because of it.

My favorite parts of this hotel were the breakfast and the location. The breakfast is honest, tasty and good value. The location is 5-7 mins walk to Paddington subway station which is a major hub station in London. The hotel was also close to a good number of restaurants and convenience stores. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and safe. The hotel staff and front desk were straightforward and helpful.

My room was small and in the basement which is not for everybody but I liked it. The shower was hot and the water pressure good. There was a window. It was quiet.

This lovely little hotel is in an ideal location with only a short walk to Hyde park and Oxford St. The staff were very friendly and at check out we had a lovely chat with a female member of staff who was very friendly. We stayed here for the Adele concert in Hyde park and would definitely stay here again in the future. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in London!

This hotel is perfectly placed for all the sights of London, with Paddington station only a 5/6minutes walk away. You have the Heathrow express, Circle, Bakerloo, and the Hammersmith & City tubes lines all running through it. The room are very comfortable and the breakfast is very good. The staff are first class, very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again on my next visit to London.

English breakfast was good and exceeded my expectations; so was coffee and variety of cereals, small (individually packed) pastries. My room was clean and had everything I needed, bed was comfy. The room was quite small but totally fine when travelling alone. Shower worked well. Staff was really friendly & locaction excellent (and safe)! I found it really easy to access different points of interest & since I mostly walked, the beautiful surroundings made it very interesting and pleasant. Hyde park and Kensington gardends were just around the corner, Marble Arch and Paddington station 5 min away. A lot of nice cafes, bars and shops in the neighbourhood. I would definitely stay at the same location again.

The only thing I'd reccommend would be some fresh vegetables and more fruit at breakfast.

Nice room, nice staff, nice location

I took up a matter with the staff which has yet to be resolved. I booked to stay in the hotel on 30 January 2020 to stay on 29 April 2020 to 4 May 2020. The booking number was 394323865, the pandemic hit and the Australian Government prohibited us from travelling. I explained this in an email and your response was to say that you would not charge me a cancellation fee but you would not return the $475 that I had paid either, I was disgusted by this as I had not cancelled it on a whim and you were clearly profiteering from the pandemic. I was hoping to get reimbursed or given credit for my next stay in October this year. Ken Bragg

Hyde Park Radnor Hotel is the perfect base to discover London: 2 subway stations in walking distance, lovely helpful knowledgeable hosts, Kensington and Hyde Park just a short stroll away, comfy beds for a good nights’ sleep and generous breakfast options to start a day of sightseeing right. And on top of all this it is also exceptionally good value for money for London standards!

Unfortunately no air conditioning, but the fan supplied in the room helped!
