The staff are wonderful! The location is excellent! The building is up for needed renovation upon checkout There is a particular smell in the bathroom which I believed will be corrected with the building renovation. The elevator is good. 2 big windows and bright room. I can use some clothes hooks, luggage stands, middle bed counter or table and few wall frames. The room is very small but that is why it is reasonable. The shower room is very very small. it is clean including the towels which I didn't expect.

Smell of the toilet and shower room. Water may not be potable? I was scared because I made coffee and drunk it. I am still alive!

Great value, staff were really nice, Wi-Fi worked well, great location right next to the station, quiet in the hotel/no noise from the other rooms or the street, heater in the room.

Nothing - it’s obviously quite basic but for the price it’s all you could expect and better than I expected.

Location was excellent, only staying for a night and going to a match and they let us leave our bags there after check out and collect them later that day. Both staff members we dealt with were absolutely lovely. Was perfect for a group of lads spending a night somewhere not looking for anything crazy in terms of luxury but good value and location.

Perfect for travelers on the go, this hotel is close to Paddington Station, saving you time on commutes. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and fast-food options to suit any taste and budget.

Reception staff very helpful and professional.Had to move rooms as the ground floor room did not feel safe but reception helped and we got a nicer room on the 4th floor. Thank you again

Great location in Sussex Gardens. The room was clean and well-accommodated. Very friendly personnel.

Small table or desk with a chair somewhere in the room would be nice. The shower was pain to use. always too cold or too hot, staying on ideal temperature only for a few seconds if adjusted rightly.

Small room but had the necessities. Comfortable bed & pillows, clean bedding and towels. AC was amazing in the heatwave. Less than 10 minutes walk to Edgware Road and plenty of local restaurants and shops.

Physical key - which if you lose you get fined £250! Bathroom although functional was about same size as wc on an airplane

the room is basic and bathroom small but the shower was good. we stayed during the heatwave, the aircon was fabulous keeping the room nice and cool so had a great nights sleep in the comfy bed. i would highly recommend this hotel if you don't want luxury but want good location.
