Location was great close to bus stop and 7 mints walk to tube station. Neighborhood was nice.Room and bathroom size was big compared with other London hotels.

Cant reach reception or room service by room telephone. We were two in room but one bottle of water was provided. Although i know we can refill it but should be 2. We spent 5 nights in hotels, water bottle was supplied for 3 nights only. Empty food can was not removed from room for 2 days. Shower cap and sanitary bag was not replaced once used. Water was not passing quickly and smoothly in the bath tab; we informed them but was not solved.

Breakfast was ok, toaster only gave out a warm bread and queue too long to redo a 2nd time. There was also no fresh fruit available, but enough. Hotel is in a great location, check in was easy and staff very lovely and helpful. Room was a nice size, plenty of towels and space for clothes etc. Only noticeable thing was the dust which was a worry on the tops. Room service food was lovely and fast, thank you. Reception area in Millennium building was the best smelling ever hotel reception ive been too and such a pleasant scent.

Dust in rooms which is unusual unless not used for a few days. Bed was a little soft but that’s a preference.

The bedrooms were a good size and beds extremely comfortable. Me and my son loved the breakfast, there was more than enough choice and all amazing quality. The staff were also amazing! The location was absolutely perfect for what we wanted.

Noticed that there was toenail clippings and bits of food on the carpet in the room so hadn't been hoovered properly. The second night there our bathroom flooded as the bath water came up through the drain in the bathroom. We got moved rooms which was great, had trouble with the shower in new room as it would not stay in place.

Great location a short walk from Fulham Broadway station and lots of local shops. It was the best price at the time for a central place to stay with parking. It felt really safe as it's in the Chelsea football club grounds there were security people around what seemed to be 24hours. The car park was also safe. The room was a good size. They gave 1 free bottle of water which they encourage you to fill up at the water station to reduce plastic waste.

The car park was very expensive, it is kind of expected in London, but be prepared to pay! £36 for the first 24 hours and £2 per hour after that. I ended up paying £74! The hotel had some not very nice smells, like old smoke and dirt. We had 2 single beds which were pretty basic and moved very easily, no stoppers to hold them in place. For the price I paid it was quite basic.

The hotel was close to restaurants and bars but a little far from main attractions of London. Our rooms were very clean and quiet and a complimentary water bottle was provided. Our view was lovely and the staff was super friendly. Key cards needed to be present to use the lift to rooms which added to security. Parking at a cost is at the facility which is very convenient.

Our booking was for one hotel but there was no receptionist at that hotel and we had to walk to the other hotel (close proximity) which was fine as that is were they ended up giving us rooms. One of the lifts wouldn't work properly (however this was being remedied while we were there) Rooms were slightly warm and took a while to cool off even with ac on high. To shower you have to take a considerably high step up into a bathtub which could be dangerous for someone with mobility issues.

A good position for Wimbledon and eating places on the Fulham Rd. Room ok. Breakfast ok. Reception staff were very helpful . Seeing some of the Wimbledon tennis players.

Our room looked out onto the brick wall of Chelsea footbal stadium so the room was darkish and the lights didn't really brighten it. There was a crack in the wash bowl which also looked stained. Breakfast was ok but not as much variety as in some other places and on the first morning we were asked to leave as it was closing. 10.30am, We had just about finished what we hoped was a relaxing meal.

The Millennium offered the best value room rates available omn Booking.com on the date I required, better than budget hotels despite offering a far superior room and fsacilities. The hotel is located in front of Chelsea FC's Stamford Bridge so I imagine rates will vary accoring to fixtures. Note - the Millennium and the Copthorne are 2 separate hotels on the site. Check in was at the Copthorne. All facilities clean and well appointed.

I don't have a proiblem with checking in at an adjacent hotel, but others might, especially if they have a lot of luggage. The wifi was very poor indeed in my room. Be very aware of the location, it's nearest tube is Fulham Broadway.

The location Nothing else !

Interior is completely dated ! It is looking old ! No fridge in the rooms , no sockets to charge properly your mobile and the staff in the reception they could be a bit more friendly especially the lady who did the check in ! Very flat I felt like I was bothering her I booked a breakfast the day before but unfortunately I could not make it because I had to attend some unexpected business meetings and they refused to give the money back to me when I asked kindly . Not the best customer service !

A well lit spacious room with plenty of storage space. All the staff were friendly and efficient with a smile.

Our room was close to the lift so there seemed to be noise coming from that area most of the night with lift going up and down. Or, it could have been something else. If more vegetarian options are available, : sausages it should be made clear. The extra charge for breakfast, as good as it was, it seems high considering the room price. A small discount for Chelsea season ticket holders would be good.

The room is large for London. With a super sized King bed. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a wide selection, the price was also very good. If you are watching a Chelsea match this is the place to stay, if you are a tourist the Fulham Broadway station is very close and convenient. There are also a couple of good pubs in the vicinity with good restaurants also.

The entire complex, hotel, bar, Frankies bar, Chelsea shop only accept card payments. Whilst this is convenient for the club, it doesn't always suit the customer. The bar in the hotel is pretty ordinary in their selection of drinks, the beers are Singha, Corona, or Coors all of which are not chilled properly. An additional sponsor is required who makes a beer that suits being served warm. There are plenty of them in England!! The wine selection is just awful.
