The reception area was very pretty and welcoming. The fact my young son had a single bed and not a pull out sofa. The complimentary cookie. The breakfast was very good, wide range to choose from.

Check-in took a while. This was due to a number of families arriving and only 1 member of staff at the front desk. The fact the room was for 3 people, but there were only 2 sets of towels and 2 cups to have tea. I had to ask for these on 2 different occasions, as well as for non feather pillows and some more shower gel. The fact the restaurant didn't really cater for children.

Clean and modern.

Bit further out from the centre than I though, but accessible on the overground and underground.

Excellent breakfast, really good! Both English and continental breakfast. Convenient position very close to a overground station (just around the corner). Very nice borough and surrounding.

I did not find mattress and pillow much confortable, they were too "softy" for me. I prefer matress and pillows to be harder. One day out of 4 room cleaning service was not very good, especially shower. We expect cleaning service to be higher quality for a 4 stars hotel. We gently complained and the following 3 days service was much better. We also found 2 set of towels in the room, instead of 3 (we were 3 of people). But the staff was ready to accomdate very soon

Room was scrupulously clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful, although they could not find my Hilton Hhonors number in their system, which was odd. However, they were friendly, gave directions when necessary. The area was convenient to public transportation with the Imperial Wharf overground station just steps away. The room was also very quiet. Taxis were available close by, as well. Restaurant was good for breakfast, and their other restaurant was good for small plates and drinks.

The hotel restaurant did not offer a lot of choice if one was confined to only that restaurant. However, there were other restaurants nearby, including a fabulous Lebanese-Syrian restaurant.

A hotel with a sustainability policy to reduce the consumption of natural resources. The hotel is excellent in all aspects. Beautiful environment, comfortable and clean rooms, with everything you need. Breakfast is great, you can find British, continental and healthy options, and a variety of coffees as well. The staff is really nice and helpful Bonus is the cre restaurant bar, with support to local produce. The area is great as well, next to Chelsea harbour and just two minutes off the London Overground

Rooms & facilities are as it is mentioned at website , spacious enough and maintained. Peaceful location. Staff were courteous and very helpful , I had requested early check-in though it is never guaranteed yet staff were able to accommodate this request. Breakfast buffet was full of variety , so it gave great start of the day. Convenience store, subway , bus stop are in vicinity , so no transport related issue .

I had only issue with booking Uber from mobile app , most of the uber rides turned up cancelled. Looks like some one way or traffic restriction is in place i.e. causing Uber drivers to cancel trip. Though as an alternate black cab taxi were available , so tip is to avoid Uber and prefer black cab.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. the place and rooms were nice and clean. the location was perfect with overground around the corner and Fulham road at Chelsea stadium in walking distance for kids 4 and up👌🏼 Tesco, two restaurants and Gambada indoor play area around the corner! would definitely come again! the rooms were a really good size - twin bedroom.

the breakfast was fine, but not great or gourmet.

Nice and clean good variety for breakfast and yards away from the overground and bus stop no underground near would definitely return 😀

On arrival we were told breakfast was served until 11am but didn't realise that was only on a weekend so come Monday checkout day we went down for breakfast at 10am and it was closed was quite upset that we then had to go get food before our travel home no mention of a refund for said breakfast until around a week later when they messaged for a review to which we got reimbursed for our last breakfast so all in all happy with that.

The room was lovely and clean, beds were comfortable. Bathroom was good size for a family room and shower was excellent! Liked the Crabtree and Evelyn shower/soap/ lotion etc that was a nice touch. Much more eco friendly than giving out the small bottles. Staff were friendly and courteous when we asked for some extra tea bags and milk. They even brought them up to the room for us which was really helpful of them to save us going back down again. Free cookies on arrival, these were lovely. And storage for luggage before we checked in so we could dump our bags and go explore. The tube station is a bit of a trek. But there was a train station ( overground) literally round the corner from hotel so we used that, as there were no strikes thankfully. At Breakfast there was a lot of choice and seemed good quality in my opinion.

I really don’t have any issues with our stay. There was nothing that could gave made it better I feel, it was exactly as expected and enjoyable 😊 thank you to the staff.

- Location, upkeep, room size, washroom and breakfast. - Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries - Mr. Shahinsha & Ms. Bani were very cordial and helpful. Keep it up!

- Water-flow pressure in the shower is inadequate - Exhaust fan in the toilet did not seem to be operating - Flush buttons on the Water Closet is placed quite precariously, and inconvenient to operate. It’s behind the lid. Looks like an expensive Design error. - No shut-off water jet available in WC
