Position excellent. Room was beautiful, comfortable with all I needed. Even provided slippers and a bath robe. Drinks in fridge including milk, and coffee/ tea making facilities. Had a fan that I welcomed during the heat wave experienced during my stay. Bed linen changed every 3 days and fresh flowers brought into my room twice during my stay of 5 days. Oh, and breakfast was scrumptious and plentiful! Hosts were super friendly and made sure I was always comfortable.

Water pressure very low. Duvet was too hot for the ambient temperature when I was there

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Delicious breakfast cooked to order every morning. On days that we had to leave prior to breakfast, croissants and fruit were left for us, which was very nice! The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location was great also! We used the "tube" a lot and it was a short walking distance to the station and also to many nice restaurants. Kanley and David were always very helpful and gave us good suggestions. They helped make our first trip to London a great experience!

nothing!

The location is fantastic. Close to everything (tube, restaurants, walks etc.). Kanley and David (and all the staff!) were very friendly and couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The huge, very tasty breakfasts were a great way to start the day. We know where we will stay next time we are in London!

The bed was very soft, which my back didn't like at all. If you like a soft bed, you will be in seventh heaven. The blinds also let in a bit too much light, but a very personal thing.

The guys running the place were excellent. Autocorrect won’t let me type in his name, but the manager even walked us to the tube station so that we knew the best way to get there. The place was charming and beautiful and breakfast was good. The street was peaceful and it was a short walk to the station. There was a mini fridge in the room and the charge for water was reasonable. The staff helped us get luggage to our rooms and were very accommodating in every way. The rooms were clean, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. The shower was great. The place felt safe and secure, and I don’t remember hearing any noise from traffic or other guests. I also liked the big table where we ate breakfast, because we were able to interact with other guests. The Wi-Fi worked great. Our plane arrived very early in the morning and they were super accommodating about storing our bags and getting us into the room as soon as possible.

The bedroom and the bathroom were very small, but that’s very common in London. The shower was a good size, but there wasn’t much space around the sink. They probably need to put a rubber mat in the shower, as it could be very slick. Breakfast started at 8:00am which was a little late if you had tickets to be somewhere by 9:00, however, they did have food available for people who needed to leave early. The stairs were very steep and narrow, but the staff insisted on carrying our bags up to our rooms.

Hosts Without a doubt the loveliest hosts ever Instantly open and attentive, all other staff seem door in. Location A little confusing first walk out of the underground but once there, easy to believe you are in the suburbs, a smashing little hide away street Facilities Easily the biggest bed I've slept in, I usually am a ridiculous early waker, not this weekend. If I had though I had no doubt I could have snuggled into the communal front room and got through dinner of the books cramming the shelves

Well nothing I didn't like. I guess if you're on the close minded and intolerant side you are going to be challenged. Good, so you should be.

Great location. Easy to find and very accommodating staff who were happy to allow my early check in.

The bedroom I had (number 1 in the ‘other’ house (the B&B comprises number 69 and another house across the road) was on the ground floor with no security bars on the windows. The owner assured me that area was very safe but I admit to feeling anxious leaving the windows open at night. If I’d been travelling with my husband it would not have been an issue but as a female solo traveller I would have preferred a room away from the ground floor. I am sure if the house had not been full and I’d been booked for more than a couple of nights the owner would have moved me.

Room was large, clean, Breakfast was excellent Kanley and staff were excellent . There was sex, excellent communication about how to arrive to the property by train, Uber, or or the tube

you will need to walk a bit to get to the tour, bus, lines, and most of the sites in the city of London. There is a tube station very close by that would be your best option. London was hot when we were there, and we had a large window with fans that made it bearable. We are a bit spoiled to air conditioning always, but we made it just fine .

My daughter and her boyfriend had a lovely stay at your place. They were really satisfied with this accommodation and for sure we have a place to recommend to our friends.

One little thing, the information about the location of bedroom (in a basement) should be written more clearly and maybe should be highlited.

The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, the food was wonderful and the buildings were fantastic! The location is really convenient, it's a ~10min walk from the Victoria line + buses. The bed was huge and very comfortable, and the room is small but more than enough! I won't put this in the dislikes section. It would spoil the statistics; The windows were a bit old fashioned and therefore not soundproof at all. You could hear cars and neighbours at some point, so if you're a bad sleeper bring some earplugs, but don't skip this B&B just because of that! All in all it was a really great experience! We will definitely stay here again next time!
