Nice room, very clean and comfortable

Reception staff unfriendly and disinterested We are well travelled and this was the poorest reception we have ever received

I stayed here because I came from outside London for a hospital appointment at St George's, it's in the perfect location if you need to access the hospital. I arrived quite late at night and there was a nice person at the reception desk to give me my keycard and information. There's a lift, the room was really comfortable. They provide really nice soap/shampoo/body wash for the shower. My bed was comfortable. When I checked out, they allowed me to put my big suitcase in a locked room while I attended the appointment, and then I could come and pick it up when I was finished. It was perfect really!

I suppose it was pretty pricey, but I had to book it a bit last-minute and it's in London and I had no troubles here at all.

This is an equivalent to a Travel Lodge or Premier Inn, it’s better value, about a 15 min walk from Tooting tube, situated on the edge of the St George hospital grounds. You can be in the centre of London in 25 mins. it is clean and comfortable, few stains on carpets which brings its cleanliness down. All in all for a budget stay away, I’d book here again.

There is no breakfast option, which I thought the booking had said breakfast included. Although I found NATAS breakfast and coffee place, 7 mins walk, amazing coffee and breakfast/ lunch options, really close to hotel and on your walk to tube. Highly recommend!

Very clean and was cleaned after my first night while I was out the following day. There are Sri Lankan restaurants nearby, so for someone who enjoys a change from the usual curry house fare I was very satisfied. The hotel is not noisy, decent nights' sleep and the bed was comfortable enough to enjoy them. I was expecting to hear lots of sirens due to St George's hospital being right next to it, but didn't so that was a big bonus. Tea, coffee and biscuits, replenished for the 2nd day.

I can't think of anything that stands out as bad here.

Suite had everything you could need for an independent stay - fridge, microwave, hob. The shower in the bathroom was amazing. Bed was very comfortable, and air con was very helpful as the rooms got quite warm. Staff were polite, helpful, and well turned out. We had access to communal outside space from our ground floor suite which was really good given the nature of our stay (hospital admission).

Couple of cleanliness issues - there were two distinct stains on the carpet in the ‘living area’ and a questionable mark on the standard lamp shade. Minor point, but no decaf drinks options provided in the room, although plenty of normal tea and coffee. We did also feel that prices were very expensive given that many guests would be patients or relatives of inpatients for St. George’s (as we were).

We had a good trip using the accommodation as our base to visit family in Wimbledon. We will use again. Helpful, happy staff. Clean room. Sensible price for London. Tea/coffee/biscuits in room. Good size TV.

The large carpet stains in the room were not a good look and our score would have been higher if they were not there.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially housekeeping during our 3 week stay. It was handy to have use of the washing machine as this was a longer stay, although unusual requiring 20p coins for every 7min of wash. Our room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The shower usually had good temp and pressure when it wasn't having ad hoc issues. Roughly a 13-15min walk to Tooting Broadway station.

There were 2 occasions where the hot water stopped working for a short period (over 3 weeks) and one full day where there was no hot water in the building at all. Seems to be an ongoing issue that needs to be looked at. We booked this room specifically for the kitchenette and had to request cooking utensils on arrival since our studio didn't have anything. We were told it was because of covid they weren't kept in the rooms which didn't make much sense to me any more and we would have liked more in the room e.g. a chopping board. Unsure what used to be in there pre-covid.

Visited London for concert at Hyde Park. Excellent close (10 min) walk to tube. Room small but clean. Comfortable bed, good shower. Air con worked fantastic. Quiet safe location. On street parking which could work out expensive if not on weekend, and being next to a hospital may make getting a spot a little difficult. Wi-Fi free and worked well. Staying again next month for another concert.

Needed a place to stay overnight as I had an early meeting at the hospital the following day. The hotel was ideal for just that. Although the room was compact in size, it was really clean... with attention to detail and had a lovely fragrance to it. Warm, cosy and quiet... had a great nights sleep and obviously the location was great for St Georges.

Only reason why it didnt get top marks for me, was unfortunately cafe was still closed so couldnt get breakfast

Staff were very nice & as I was happy with the room I was allocated the week before on request they allowed me to stay in the same room. The receptionist had a nice smile when I walked past to go outside. Nice warm room & clean linen and towels. I like their toiletries. Tea & coffee in the room.

I couldn’t fault them really if I tried. if you were unhappy with anything and let them know through experience they will sort it out.
