Lovely couple that run the place, they stored my luggage for me after I checked out. I had the top floor single room which was nice because of all the sunlight, lots of mirrors, and comfy sleep. Bathroom was clean and the self serve breakfast was sufficient.

It was a bit dusty here and there, it would benefit from a deep clean and replacement of things that were broken, but it’s a budget accommodation so I wasn’t that fussed.

Half an hour of tube away from the city centre, good quality stay for a much cheaper price than the hotels in the center of London, washing machine with detergent and dryer available (very useful when you travel for a long period of time !), the hosting family were very nice and reactive to answer questions on the Booking chat, breakfast is self-made but it allows you to cook what you want and when you want in the morning (the breakfast fridge is always full with toast, bacon, cheese, eggs, jam and butter !). The place was always very clean as well and the bed nicely comfortable.

Having my own bathroom, TV, a comfortable reclining chair and a kettle with coffee provided in the room. Towels were provided but I brought my own. I liked I was able to access the communal kitchen at any time with a fridge that had bread, jam and juice. The kitchen had a washing machine and all gave me a feeling of a staying in a home. There is a pin code for the door so coming in and out at any time was no issue and it was convenient to self check out when I needed to leave early morning for work. It was quiet and I slept well.

I am vegan so I would of liked there to be some plant milk available (oat milk, soy milk etc) so I could have the cereals.

It was my first solo trip and I enjoyed every minute spent in this Aparthotel! The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I stayed for only 4 nights in a room with a private bathroom. There is a fully equipped communal kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals (also food, but only for breakfast), a washing machine and a dryer! The building is just a 5-minute walk from the tube, which takes you to central London in about 30 minutes and the area is well served by restaurants and shops! If I ever came back to London, I would stay here again for sure!

Very clean, comfortable stay within the outer part of the London area. Complete with friendly staff, easy to understand means of checking in and out, clear instructions on room amenities and door entry code, and a simple enough route from Tooting Broadway tube station. Wonderfully clean ensuite in my room was a genuinely pleasant surprise, and kettle with tea and coffee were splendid additional touches. I stayed for two nights, but I would recommend here even for a week's stay. Definitely a place I will have in mind when I'm looking to stay in London again!

Not the quietest area during broad daylight, although it's perfectly quiet at night, so this is a minor issue.

Location is convenient mins walk to bus and metro; safe area and locals live, shared kitchen you can cook, laundry onsite as well, free breakfast, nice staffs. Good value for the $ you pay for London. It is not five star or even 3 star place so manage your expectations for the $ you pay.

A bit old and need some new paint carpet or laminate flooring, bed is ok. You hear every door on every floor closing and open. Bed sheet and new towels at least every other day should be good. Or setup a self service places to grab these and change diy is fine. Kitchen stuff not too clean and greasy.

As a budget hostel (it was one of the typical houses from the row of houses often seen in London quarters ), it fulfilled even exceeded my expectations. After some negative experiences with similarly priced stays in London this one was really serious and satisfying choice. Staff was nice and even I came early they checked me in and allowed me to leave my luggage inside while the room will be ready. It was nice to have fruits to take on breakfast.

The bed could be better, but for the price it was ok. Although there was an option for breakfast, I didn't notice any vegetable choices. But I didn't search for that extensively.

I liked how you had everything you needed in your room. The check-in hour is great because it‘s not too late and you have ypur privacy in the room. It is great that you have your own bathroom.

It has some stains on the walls and floors but at least the bed is clean. The gas stove somehow didn‘t turn on when i was there and the breakfast options are pretty minimal.

Easy to find, right next to the high street and restaurants, grocery shops, tube station etc. Everything was clean and well organised, bed was very comfortable. Host was very friendly and was happy to let me arrive an hour before check in time. Self serve breakfast was good, fridge full of bread, eggs, cheese, condiments, jam and meat. Cereal was also available. Really great place for a budget stay in London.

Some rust on the bathroom sink, no toothpaste or shower gel provided, would be nice to have these included!

This was my third time at the hotel and as usual I found it basic but convenient. The room might be on the small side but has everything needed and so the bathrooms. The breakfast room is also convenient, even though I usually don’t use it much, but I found very useful the possibility to leave some food in their refrigerator This time i have to particularly thank the personnel for their flexibility for the check in. Because my flight delayed so much I arrived at the hotel way beyond the 10pm deadline but by keeping an open communication with the front desk I was able to get in at much later time. I really appreciated it because I don’t know what I could have done otherwise. Just remember to book it way in advance because it fills up quite quickly
