The staff are very warm, helpful and friendly. In particular, Elizabeth at Tokii was great. She has a warm personality and is friendly, courteous, very attentive and has a strong work ethic. I believe she strives to ensure every guest enjoys their breakfast experience. We enjoyed the Tokii breakfast and it was a good way to fuel up for a long day of sight-seeing. The location of the hotel is fantastic, especially if you enjoying walking through Hyde Park. The Marble Arch station is about 3 minutes walk away so it’s also super convenient. The Executive King room is comfortable and well lit and the complimentary non-alcoholic drinks in the minibar were appreciated.

Our only criticism is that the shower needs a holder for the handle so guests can have a shower without the need to constantly hold the hand-held shower head. We stayed for 4 nights so we were a bit disappointed to find that our room was only on the 1/F. That said, we appreciated the complimentary late checkout so it all balances out.

Hotel's location was near oxford street and Hyde park. Room was clean and good smell. Bed was comfortable. bathroom size was good. Water was provided. House keeping came in the evening also asking if we need any thing.

Room size was small. we had two singe beds which were smaller size. On arrival there was no water in the room. Deposit for room was taken however retuned back after one week.

The property is beautifully designed, clean, and modern. Especially if you appreciate the Japanese aesthetic, you’ll like stepping into this hotel.

A few in-room amenities were not working like the bathroom fan and the towel warmer. When I reported the matter, the manager who came to the room insisted they were working. If a warmer is working, it is very easy to tell that it’s working because it will be warm. If a fan is working, you can tell because you can hear a slight sound. He told me to wait longer for both of these to work (even though I had been in the room for over an hour at that point). To me, I felt it to be gaslighting for no reason. It was very strange.

The location and the service , also it’s a clean new furnitures .

Booking site was mentioned I will get a free upgrade if I book, but after booking and check in I get same the reservation room without any upgraded. I asked the stuff during the checking in but they mentioned” it’s should be from the booking app not from them”!!! Also during the check out they asked me to pay the amount again because during the check in they just hold and I don’t like that since the Bank already charge me so I will not pay twice. But after that we solve the problem .

it was clean and very comfortable

the temperature in the rooms was way too high even after switching off the heating - made sleeping uncomfortable - a pity as beds were divine !

The room size was great and so was the location. It was never too busy yet just 2mins from Oxford street. The internet speed was amazing and consistent. Everything worked including streaming from devices to TV. Heating was also on point and i only say this because i stayed in hotels nearby and it wasn’t as comfortable. The staff was always cheerful and helpful especially the guy on the front desk! Helped a lot and quite friendly. Free water and soft drinks in the minibar was great!

At the end of the day it’s smaller hotel and doesn’t have some of the benefits of more spacious hotels. There were no EU outlets nor USB A/C options. The weak spot was the breakfast. The crew that ran the restaurant was unorganized at best. The choices are very limited: a small buffet with a few basics and eggs on order. Often times if you came in later half of it would be missing with rare refills. Pretty limited all in all.

like last time we stayed - the positives were the staff, location - hotel is clean, crisp, professional and perfect for a weekend stay in London

unfortunatelly this time even though we had a free upgrade the upgraded room was subpar compared to the basic room we had before; it would have been surprising that there was such a difference in room quality within the same range and even more surprising having in mind the upgrade

the location is great. it is in the heart of London attractions and important touristic locations (Marble arch, Oxford street, Edware road, within walking distance from Hyde Park, 15 minutes from the palace, 45 minutes from Harrods and London eye (by walking ) Rooms are good not too tight not too wide ! staff are friendly and supportive

the breakfast is veryyy limited and is the same during my stay never changed ! the same for the restaurant it is very limited, for whom doesn’t eat Sushi will be difficult to have in house dining but other restaurants nearby could supplement this limitation. I stayed 10 nights and when extended one night, their offer was not good and they did not upgrade me as a nice customer attraction gesture =) Booking did upgrade me 👍🏻

Location was convenient . Was 4 minutes walk to the marble arch station that takes you around conveniently . Otherwise 15 mins walk to Oxford st also very good . Staff quite friendly and welcoming . Very accommodating . Loved the turn down service where they place kimonos on the bed . Fully equipped room .

The bedside reading lights were non functional I didn’t need to use it hence did not call to have it fixed . But for such a high rated hotel these things should be checked always before new guests come in to avoid inconvenience. Again it did not inconvenience me cause I didn’t need to use it but as a feedback to improve . I enjoyed my stay a lot and do recommend
