We attended a concert at Hyde Park and this was a perfect location. The hotel is located in a fairly quiet street. Check in welcoming and staff friendly. Our room on the first floor was perfectly adequate, and we had no street noise or noise from other guests in the hotel. The rooms had tea and coffee facilities and a mini bar. Plenty of toiletries. We booked a breakfast and was it was pleasantly surprised at the cost. If you are looking for a massive cooked breakfast with lots of choice you will be disappointed but it was perfect for what we wanted. Based in our experience we will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Just a little thing, there was no Decaffeinated Tea in the rooms or at breakfast.

Hotel in the central location, next to the Hyde Park, Oxford and Baker streets, underground and buses, including airport ones. Many coffees, pubs and restaurants, as well as shops in the area. Our room was really spacious with a big bathroom, clean and very quite. Free WiFi worked well. In general great value for money. Super friendly and helpful staff. We arrived quite early and stepped in just to drop a suitcase but got a room straight away, few hours before standard check in hours. We were also able to left a luggage after check out to enjoy last few hours in London, before heading to the airport.

TV did not have the strongest signal but you are not coming to London to watch TV, so it was not a problem for us.

We booked this hotel at the last minute, so didn't really have much time to check reviews etc., but we were pleasantly surprised with how clean and lovely the hotel was. The room itself is a little dated, but overall, it was comfy and clean and the bathroom was nice and clean as well. Check in and check out was quick and easy and the staff were very friendly.

The lift was out of service, and we were on the top 4th floor, which meant carrying our cases up and down, which wasn't a problem for us, but could've been a problem for others. Nothing else to complain about.

Kind and friendly welcome by various people at desk; excellent location few mins walk from Marble Arch and Oxford Street, nice cafés and restaurants in the neighbourhood; the room was more spacious than expected, larger than we had seen in London in the Earl's Court area in the past, and quieter than expected (double glazing); very comfortable double bed; very neat showerroom and pleasantly soft towels; good wifi, was useful for intensive teleworking. Excellent value for London. We shall book again.

Due to the UK government imposed quarantine, we had to stay 48hrs in the room and do teleworking, hence we asked the cleaner not to come in. This situation is obviously beyond the hotel Management's control.

The location was perfect for accessing the places we needed to go for business. Very clean, comfortable bed. Although the breakfast room on-site was closed, they gave us a voucher for breakfast at a nearby hotel (about 100 metres away) one day. The other days we opted for the Italian deli a block away which had excellent coffee and great breakfast options—was better than the hotel breakfast buffet and about the same price. The staff at the hotel were very attentive.

Interiors are a bit dated but everything eas very clean. The breakfast room on-site was closed.

We loved the location and the neighborhood feel. The lift was not working during our stay which was disappointing and a bit tiring at the end of the day but our luggage was handled well by the hotel team. The room and public spaces were very clean. Thank you.

The lift was out and not repaired during our four night stay.

Brilliant central location Lovely townhouse Big window and lots of daylight in the room (206) Big super comfy bed Quiet for location and property type Friendly helpful staff Great value I’ll be back

lift was broken - not an issue for me, but you might want to check before booking if you have accessibility issues (or big bags!) An ask to the hotel: please can you swap out your single use plastic bathroom products for something more sustainable?

Good value for the location. Room and bathroom were quite small, but spacious enough, and pretty much what I'd expect for a small hotel in central London. I suspect the bathroom has been redone recently, it was very good - especially the shower. The bed was also very comfortable. Only interacted with staff at checkin, but the guy was pleasant and efficient. We'd consider staying here again next time we want a room in the vicinity, if the price is still good.

While the big things were right (see above), a few minor things could be improved. The wardrobe in particular was very old - felt like a hangover from 50 years ago, with a few naff hangers in it and even a broken one which nobody had thrown away (until I did). Also, one of the straps was broken on the stand to put your suitcase on. Niether of these was a big problem, but they undermined the overall impression, which was a shame.

Booked in as I would be working a very late night and early morning in the west end and didn't fancy the long drive home and back to/ from the suburbs. Location was fab but even more so I was deeply impressed by the decor in the lounge. I booked mostly based off location and was a bit wary as some of the accommodation in the area is perhaps less than desirable. Not only was the lounge area gorgeous and terrifically clean, the bedroom was everything I could have possibly wanted: super comfortable bed, lovely little wash room, and I loved the alarm clock that came with charging ports for my devices. Its those little details that really make a difference. Staff were super helpful (especially as I forgot my toothbrush and they magicked up a fresh spare in under ten minutes). I also ordered a coffee up to my room first thing in the morning and it came quickly and was fantastic. There is a lift which made it a breeze for me to get up to my room at the top. I'm super impressed and will happily be booking again.

It was a perfect stay! I will say the price is a little steeper than I had wanted to spend but in all honesty, the service and the quality of the room was absolutely worth what they charged.

Excellent location, lovely staff. Sorry to see the lift did not work, but that did not affect us. Very clean all the time.

Nothing very significant. Shower was very small and difficult to control. One day one of the cleaners left some food in our room, but we just threw it away. Overall they were very minor.
