Hotel' s location is great, as it is situated at a very nice neighbourhood and right by bus/tube/train station. All hotel spaces were super clean. Rooms are air-conditioned, which was crucial during our stay (temperatures up to 33°C). Good wi-fi signal. Hotel staff is extremely kind and helpful! Reception and kitchen services are available 24/7. The breakfast is of high quality and is served at hotel's cosy lobby/ cafe.

Room size is quite small for 2 people, although it is convenient, as there are many shelves and some space for luggage. It could benefit from some extra facilities (eg extra wall/door hangers). The toilet/ shower is separated from the room by a quite transparent glass door, so it could feel quite uncomfortable when sharing a room.

location was great. modern styling and close to the tube.

if a couple, hope you are not shy using the bathroom in front of each other. other than that the location and style were great, but biggest issue is the bed has to be one of the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on.

The room was small but very neat (a toilet and shower on one side of a short corridor, opposite, a bed sideways against the back wall with some space for a large or two small suitcases underneath and a small desk with a boiler, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar and milk). Despite not having a window, it was very nice for one person (and could be good for two who are comfortable using a shower and toilet with only a cloudy glass in between and don't need to walk around or stand in the room much). The location is great: - very close to Old Street station. I haven't used them but there seemed to be a few bus lines by the door. - a few grocery shops are around the corner (Aldi, M&S food and Coop), a few more shops and a small market close to Angel Station - a few restaurants are in the area. - canals, Bunhill Fields Burial grounds and Wesley's chapel (they hold a Korean service every other week) are at a stone's throw. There is a luggage room you can use for the day after checking-out. They allowed me to check-in earlier (1-2 hours) than expected as the room was done already.

The lack of window is a bit disconcerting, unabling you to know what time of the day it is when you wake up. But it was not a big issue.

Central location, friendly staff and great value for money!

Sliding door to the bathroom offers less privacy compared to having a completely separate bathroom, but this should be obvious from the pictures, so no complaints, just a heads up.

Our room was comfortable and modern. Despite its small size, it had everything we needed for our stay in London. Shoreditch is a trendy neighbourhood with lots of see and do - we had no problems navigating and found a great little coffee spot around the corner from the hotel. Brick Lane, Boxpark, and Spitalfields market are all nearby - about a 20 minute wander through some cool areas. It is well connected to the tube and easy to get around. The building is also pretty cool! Staff were all friendly and helpful.

No real complaints. There is some construction around the Old Street tube station and the room is very small - but these are all to be expected and no slight on the hotel.

The hotel is great primarily for it's location and it's price. It's at the top end of Shoreditch, right next to great lively areas, and also right next to Old St tube station which is super convenient. The price for this location is extremely attractive.

The bathroom situation isn't ideal. Rather than a separated bathroom, it's built into the bedroom, with only glass walls. It's ok but you know, even when you're travelling with a partner, sometimes you just want a bit more privacy than that. Some people freak out about it not having windows but that didn't really bother me tbh. Anyway we didn't spent much time in the room apart from sleeping or getting ready to go out - there's too much to go out and see and do in the area!

Reception staff really friendly and helpful. Rooms well stocked, equipped and every corner utilised. Lots of plugs which is normally a hotel room probably. All areas of hotel clean.

The shower water temperature didn't regulate initially, but after reporting it to reception it was fixed and replaced when I was out for a couple of hours. It was a great shower after being fixed (would like same in my own home). I went with windowless room, which I'm not sure I'd do again (you live and you learn), as I found it bit stuffy and felt the lack of ventilation. There is a sufficient aircon system but I'd personally rather a crack of a window. But that decision is completely on me.

The reception area was clean, bright & welcoming. Our room was very comfortable, good air conditioning, fluffy luxurious towels, quality bed linen & pillows. The bathroom was small but perfectly designed with everything we needed. The little extras like shower gel, coffee bags etc were a welcome addition. The bar stayed open until midnight and was reasonably priced with good wines available. The staff we met were friendly and helpful, apart from check in !

Check in was quite stressful. They asked for ID. (I have never been asked for this before in the UK). Luckily I had a copy of my passport on my Phone. Then they wanted proof that I paid for the room, so I had to search through all my banking apps to find the card I paid for it with. I have never had to do this before and definitely didn’t have to do this at the Soho Z hotel .

Thank you so much to the staff for going out of their way to make our short stay so wonderful. Amruta (I hope I got your name right) put in such a good effort into my special request as we were celebrating a friendship of over 16 years and a common love for Beyonce who were seeing in concert and the display we saw made for us as we walked into our room was beyond special, creative, fun and wholesome and showed a lot of attention to detail. The room was very clean and tidy and the staff were welcoming, friendly and courteous. Thank you so much for making our stay one worth remembering. Will definitely recommend.

Nothing not to like.

Very close to the underground, Starbucks and buses. The hotel was clean and hospitable by the staff. The room was small but was sufficient to my needs.

There was no public parking nearby for a long stay. I had to use a parking app to find a space to park my car. Almost £60 for 2 days. Due to a change after booking, my wife could not come on this trip. My daughter travelled with me instead. The hotel did not have twin bed options, and the bathroom was separated from the bed by frosted glass. When my daughter took a shower, I had to go out to give her privacy.
