Arrived not expecting much as it was a fairly cheap room we'd booked but was pleasantly surprised! Room was a good size, clean, comfy, there was a mini fridge (don't think that had been advertised) and for a top floor room the shower had really good water pressure (have had bad experiences with top floor showers before) Downstairs there was a good, fully stocked bar (the noise from the bar doesn't carry upstairs either, this was the night of the women's euro final!) which was where breakfast was served in the morning. Perfectly decent full English, juice and cereals available too. The owners were lovely, were very good with my daughter, good to chat with and very helpful. Car parking round the side. Easy walk to both the seafront and Queens park. Would definitely go back

Fantastic location just around the corner from Queens Park, where we also rented a beach hut and enjoyed the quieter side of Mablethorpe beach. On the same road you’ve got plenty of choices for food. You’ve also got the arcades on the next street with access to the busier side of Mablethorpe beach. Friendly staff at the hotel, nice big room for us all which was good for the price. The breakfast was excellent and enjoyed all round!

We couldn’t get the WiFi to work on any of our devices, but we did forget to mention it to staff to see if they could get it working. Floor boards were a bit squeaky and the bathroom was small but it worked for us for a short stay.

Super friendly and cosy atmosphere, breakfast was lovely, it's less than a ten minute walk away from the beach. Loved the refrigerator in our room, so we could store some cold drinks and snacks. Everything was neat and tidy.

Our mattress had clearly seen better days and was pretty uneven. Bed was still very clean, nice and soft, just the springs on one side of the mattress have had it. The bathroom was incredibly tiny. Absolutely spotless, fantastic water pressure in the shower, you just don't get a lot of space. For the very reasonable price, we didn't really mind.

The wonderful welcome we received. The room was very clean, bright and airy with everything included. The bar was very friendly. The full english breakfast was great and the staff amazing. we certainly recommend a stay there excellent service and good value.

Lovely full English breakfast prepared by Cathy and Brenda. Ideal location, walking distance to the town center. Sonny (Manager) and Pree ran the bar and we had 2 brilliant nights there , nothing was too much trouble for them.

Kitchen facilities, location, privacy was great with own front door. Parking on site. Met staff on arrival and departure only and both times they were extremely helpful and friendly.

Being woken at about 5:15am by the noises from the room above. Their toilet was right above my bed and I could hear EVERYTHING. There must have been little or no underlay as every step sounded like an earthquake. If they were up and moving about - then unfortunately,so were we, whether we wanted to or not.

Good breakfast, has a bar & a comfortable bed. Great shower and large bathroom. The staff were friendly.

I thought it was a little bit over priced for deluxe room we stayed in. It had a Fridge, Tea & Coffee facilities and a microwave. No cutlery or plates but were 2 small cups and 1 teaspoon. The building itself is dated and we couls hear a lot of floorboard creaking from other rooms. The car parking is off road although it is full of pot holes and shared by other properties. We had no difficulty parking despie this.

Oh my goodness, the customer care that came with our stay was so lovely - I cannot thank the team enough for the extra special touches to help make our 'anniversary adventure' a very pleasant stay. The town and beach holds cherished childhood memories for my Mrs but my anxiety makes things hard for us, this was perfect! Good sized room and bathroom, television, fridge and microwave - It's just a street away from the beach so we could enjoy a moonlit walk after dinner, tea and coffee making facilities to help warm up when back, hot shower and film on, then it was sunrise on the beach followed by a scrumptious breakfast tailored to the individual, beautiful flowers and card for us - honestly thank you all xx

The bed was comftable the room had its own en-suite it had its own little fridge tea and coffee had a microwave in the room. The room was very spacious not cramped at all, there was enough room for 5 people and a cot. The breakfast was ok and included in the price for the room. The staff we very friendly and made you feel welcome. it also had its own bar downstires, would stay there again also room to park your car but have to metion u nees parking when booking.

The room we had you had to go up quiet a lot of staires and some where quite steep.

Lovely warm room/shower room. Comfy bed. Lovely breakfast.

Nothing to dislike really, parking a little tight for todays larger cars although we didnt have a problem. The rooms are very simply done but lovely and clean. Perhaps a few extra touches would be nice in the de lux rooms to give them an extra edge. As you have a microwave in the room perhaps a small amount of cutlery/plates would be nice. A few extra toiletries is also nice. .
